We've been coming to Bequia for years, so everything went smoothly for us. The host was accommodating and gave helpful recommendations, and the housekeeper was there to greet us when we arrived.The location is lovely--very quiet part of the island, with a wonderful view, and a constant breeze.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Bequia and to Bellevue Terrasse. The villa exceeded our expectations by far. Peter (our host) and Sabine (property manager) were very helpful and provided excellent recommendations. They ensured we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our visit.We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location, gardens were amazing. Villa was comfortable well appointed. The owner Peter and property manager Sabine were both very available and helpful. Would definitely recommend if looking for a peaceful escape from reality.

Always love being in Bequia

This is a lovely property! Had a great time and look forward to returning - would stay here again for sure. Bequia is HOT and humid in the summer but there is always a cool breeze and a cool pool to dive into. A/C in the bedroom is a plus. You need a car

Stunning views

Everything you see in the photos is what you get. Cannot beat the view. Bequia is a place of incredible charm, wonderful people, and very narrow roads! But that is all part of the adventure. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect

A stunning, quiet oasis. We were welcomed by the property manager, Sabine, who prearranged picking up some groceries and made sure we were comfortable. The pool and decks were clean and comfortable, the kitchen and appliances were great. We had all kinds of plans for day trips but ended up spending most of our time at the villa because it was so nice. We are already thinking about returning! Thank you Peter and Sabine!

Breathtaking Views and Beautiful Villa

We stayed 9 nights in the lower level with walkout to the pool. Sabine gave us a warm welcome at check-in and showed us around the villa. The place was immaculate and well stocked with the things we needed for our stay. The views from the terrace are simply stunning! Peter (property owner) was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns and made sure we had everything we needed. We travel frequently and our stay in Bequia is our favorite so far. We are already planning a return. You won’t regret booking this villa or visiting Bequia!

Oasis on the hill.

We so loved every aspect of this beautiful home. it was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The personal service that we received from the property owner and manager was exceptional. I would go back in a minute and I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a little bit of heaven. Bequia is a beautiful island and the people are amazing. Groceries were easy to get and the trip to town part of the adventure. OMG the roads take some getting use to. Loved every part of our vacation with you. xoxoxo

This must be paradise!

The villa is beautiful, well laid out, spotless clean, tastefully furnished. The four-poster beds feature excellent mosquito nets. The large garden is well maintained and exciting to explore. The pool is really enjoyable. The view from the patio across the forest, the palm trees of Spring Bay and the sea is truely stunning, the sunrise more than awesome! We could never get enough of it! It's like living in paradise! The villa, although just a few minutes by car from Port Elizabeth, is really quiet and peaceful. The owner and the caretaker have been equally warm, friendly, supportive and easily approachable. Thanks a lot for letting us stay in your villa!

Bellevue Terrasse lived up to its description

Bellevue Terrasse lived up to every aspect of its description. This rather new addition to the Bequia list of available properties is right in style - majestically situated among sparsely populated but lovely homes in perhaps the quietest place on the island. We opened the doors to the trade winds all day, and ran the air conditioner in the bedroom at night and enjoyed the best of both worlds. Though the phone system on the island is a bit quirky, our cell phones worked better than at home with connectivity everywhere. I even negotiated some of the far north terrain via Google Earth while we hiked. The internet speed was boosted during our visit to 3 mbps, totally acceptable even for trading US markets. Both the owner and the local manager of the home were terrific from start to finish. They are truly dedicated to making sure their visitors have a wonderful time. Being Americans, we had to make some suggestions for appointments and the like, all minor, personal preferences, and not to our surprise, the owner is seeing to all of them. It's a good thing too, for we already booked Bellevue Terrasse again for next year

Absolutely Fabulous View February 5-16, 2024

We stayed on the 2nd floor. We were welcomed by Sabine who gave us an overview of the house. It was hard to focus because the view was so incredible that it kept drawing our attention away. The gardens are amazing with so many trees, flowers and plants. It is quite a drive up to the house but the view, quiet, and privacy make it well worth it. The kitchen was well stocked (except no blender) and we enjoyed cooking some of our meals there. The breeze kept us cool most of the time but there are no screens (even in the bedroom) so bring lots of bug spray. You can watch the sunrise right from bed but the air conditioner doesn't really keep the room cool. The salt water pool was wonderfully refreshing. Peter is a great host. He was quick to respond to our emails and made recommendations for taxi/rental car services. We enjoyed the nearby Firefly Estate. We ate in their restaurant 3 times and did their Plantation Tour led by Ezra. We took 2 snorkeling trips with Dive Bequia. All their staff were great and their large platform and ladders on the boat made getting in and out of the water easy. Bequia is a lovely island with warm, welcoming people and very narrow roads. We had a wonderful time at Bellevue Terrasse and highly recommend staying here. Thank you Peter and Sabine.

An amazing stay!

From the time of booking to the time we checked out, we were welcomed, informed and spoiled rotten! We stayed in the lower level of the house, which was perfect for our two couples who love outdoor living - the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking and the grill was like new! Sabine was there to greet us, even shopped ahead of time for us, and gave us a full tour and "how to" with the washing machine and lights, outlets and more. We loved the view, the pool, the comfy poolside tables and chairs. Also, we were so thankful for the beach chairs that we were able to take with us to enjoy all the beautiful beaches on the island! The road into the property is uphill with switchbacks and although it is only a few kilometres from town/beach, we were thankful to have a rental car to tour the island and enjoy restaurants around the island. This is a must stay! Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of earth with us!

High quality, v obliging, delightful, didn’t want to leave

Location was stunning, facilities were excellent. Tv faulty- replaced immediately. Spacious rooms, we loved the place. Sabine was particularly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. All in all much more than we expected.

Amazing views, gorgeous well kept home!

The home had breathtaking views, very private and quiet. Did not want to leave and looking forward to staying again. Princess Margaret beach is a must do while visiting Bequia. Bars and restaurants on your walk to the beach and nice to sit and relax.
