L'une des plus belles vues de l'île!

Situé à Mt Pleasant, nommé d'après son brise constante doux, LETOVAH VILLA, est une belle maison contemporaine écologique correspondant à des caractéristiques uniques, comme d'immenses fenêtres d'angle et de très hauts plafonds, à l'utilisation de matériaux naturels. La maison a une vue imprenable vers les deux côtés de l'île (Admiralty Bay & Mustique Island).
Letovah Villa a une capacité de couchage 6 personnes.
La suite chambre des maîtres avec son immense fenêtre d'angle panoramique dispose également de sa propre terrasse avec vue sur toute la baie, et englobe une très grande salle de bains avec une douche de mur de pierre ouverte donnant sur Mustique ainsi que d'un dressing complet avec réfrigérateur privé, commode, et grand placard espace.

Les deux autres chambres, équipées de lits queen également profiter de leur terrasse privée avec vue imprenable sur toute la baie, et salles de bains privées, toutes équipées par des eaux, ainsi que des lavabos en marbre sculpté à la main.


Il ya beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur pour profiter des vues superbes:
 Demandez à votre déjeuner ou prendre un verre au coucher du soleil depuis la terrasse principale face à la plage de la princesse Margaret et de la baie de l'Amirauté. Cacher du soleil aux heures chaudes de la journée et de lire votre livre ou sieste dans un hamac dans la cour sous la pergola face à Mustique. Partout où vous aurez l'air, la vue depuis Letovah villa est magnifique et la brise vous garder au frais, et ne pas oublier que vous êtes seulement 10mn en voiture loin de toutes les plages.

Letovah Villa has a master bedroom and two smaller guests rooms, all with queen beds, each one with separate bath rooms. Letovah Villa can accommodate 6 guests. Includes staff 6 days a week, Wi Fi and Internet phone, local mobile phone, safe box, welcome rum punch, arrival dinner and supplies for first Breakfast. Rosalind the house keeper can cook delicious Caribbean dishes on request for the guests. We request 25% deposit to confirm the booking. Balance 60 days before arrival date. The view really is stunning; you could not go anywhere else on Bequia during your stay and have a lovely time. The host and housekeeper were very welcoming and very responsive. The openness and design of the house were special.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view and great location. Layout of home is great, everything we needed for our stay. It is very dark inside at night and needs better lighting, and we felt the furniture looked good but was uncomfortable. Our other problem was mosquitoes! Got eaten alive in the evenings

BEST VIEW ON THE ISLAND!

First the fabulous things about Letovah! And there are MANY!!! Hands down Letovah Villa has the BEST view ever! A magical location for sure! We stayed for 5 weeks! It was a wonderful place to call home as we maneuvered around the Island of Bequia and also explored the near by Islands for day trips. Letovah overlooks both the front Harbor area, Admiralty Bay and also the Atlantic side with beautiful views of Mustique Island. There was always a refreshing breeze coming out of the North. We enjoyed watching all the sailboats come and go, at night we would count the mast lights. We enjoyed many fabulous sunsets and enjoyed our time gazing at the moon and stars. Chrystal & Tiny the property managers took the best care of us during our stay. Anything we needed was taken care of in a timely fashion. They also own the little grocery store and restaurant "Sugar Hill" right next door to the villa, we visited there often. The Grilled Lobster is a must! Also, they have the coldest little beers ever! Rosalind, our house keeper was friendly and professional and kept our space clean and enjoyable and always had a warm smile! Michael, the grounds keeper was also very friendly and his attention to detail in taking care of the gardens and the swimming pool of Letovah made our stay even more enjoyable. The space is large and open. We were only two people but could have had two other couples stay with plenty of extra space. Now for the not so great parts: I would say that the photos on the web sight need a little updating as the villa is slightly weathered from the elements. Understandably, the sea air, salt, wind and rain do take a toll. Letovah could benefit from a fresh paint job. We enjoyed going out the many restaurants on the island but we also enjoyed staying home for some meals. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up many meals, however the lighting inside the villa was not so great after the sun set. We soon realized we needed to eat dinner before the sun set so we could see our food. We did eat by flashlight one night. I also need to mention that there seems to be a "bike life" hangout just down the street and on occasion the motor bikes race up and down the hill. It's mostly young local boys who all seemed to be friendly enough but on the weekends especially it's a popular hangout. They all were friendly enough and would smile and wave as we passed but it could be annoying at times when you were trying to relax. Overall Letovah is a Gem!!

Thank you for your nice review and glad you enjoyed your stay at Letovah. As for the 3 things you mentioned as « not as great » I will respond that Letovah being an « all green » house There is not a speck of paint on it. It is all natural coral rendering thatvyesvweathers beautifully through time but cannot get painted. The lighting in the kitchen needs a bit more and I was actually thinking about it last time I was there myself so I will definitely try to improve it. As for the kids running their motor bikes up and down the hill on Sundays, yes it is a bit of a nuisance and I wish you would have complained about it to them like some of my former guests because generally that stops them! In any case thank you again for all your input and hope to see you again at Letovah !

Stunning View, Breezy, open spaces.

If you enjoy wide open view and beautiful sunsets, then then is your place! Rosallind, Tiny and Chrystal are wonderfully friendly and responsive to anything you need. The town of Pt. Elizabeth is a 10 minute drive down the mountain and close to the two best beaches on this treasure of an island.

Total Relaxation with a Mesmerizing View

We spent four weeks at Letovah Villa and had a wonderful experience. The house is spectacular, built to take advantage of the wonderful view of Port Elizabeth harbor in every room. And, the back of the house has a great view of Mustique. The well-tended gardens add to the overall ambience of the home. We loved the open air living and spent countless hours on the front patio and in the pool. The staff were all quite helpful,with the aim of making our stay worry-free. The only negative was some neighborhood noise, especially a few guys on souped-up motorcycles. But, that was an occasional blip in an otherwise serene month. We highly recommend Letovah Villa and the island of Bequia for a relaxing, off-the-beaten path vacation.

Letovah is truly exceptional!

Letovah exceeded our expectations! Everything was absolutely wonderful—the view is truly the best on the island, the location is fabulous, the house is perfect, Rosalin is a fantastic cook! The only thing that was a disappointment is that the owner returned and we had to leave!😄 Thank you so much Lawrence for a vacation we will all remember forever!

We discovered Bequia with my wife Laurence for the first time sailing in the Grenadines. We dropped the anchor in Port Elizabeth and fell in love with the Island.
We decided to find a house, and as we could find what we wanted, we purchased a lot and decided to build a house. It took us 2 years to do it, but everybody was so friendly that the whole experience has been a pleasure.

The VIEW !! you can't get tired of that view! You get to see both Admiralty Bay and Mustique island .... That double view is pretty unique!
Tropical wood, stones, pebbles, and natural pigment, accented by glass tiles and pigmented cement counter tops are some of the elegant elements you will find inside the house.

The VIEW! The very large living and dining room has a fully equipped open kitchen, with unobstructed views encompassing the entire Admiralty Bay, Princess Margaret, and Lower Bay. Opening to a wide terrace with an infinity edge plunge pool from which you will enjoy sunsets for ever. The other side of the house has a nice shaded BBQ area with a terrific view to Mustique island. Keeping you in a cool breeze all afternoon.
If you prefer the views of Mustique Island, spend some time in the relaxing den, right off the living room, whose
walls have been textured with white sand and indigo blue pigment.
This room equipped with a large flat screen TV, Internet connection and phone over Internet will also allow you to stay in touch with the rest of the world.
