Le complexe et condo Maui Vista est l'un des meilleurs emplacements, juste en face de Charlie Young & Kamaole Beach Park I. Cove Park, notre site de surf, est juste au coin de la rue, avec Ă  distance de marche de ce complexe. Ce condo 1 chambre est Ă©quipĂ© de tout ce dont vous avez besoin / besoin lors de votre escapade. Cuisine entiĂšrement meublĂ©e et mise Ă  jour, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, 2 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs, Ă©lectronique, fer / planche Ă  repasser, Ă©quipement de plage, Internet gratuit, tous les draps, etc. Dans la chambre, vous aurez A / C et TV supplĂ©mentaires pour se prĂ©lasser le soir. La vĂ©randa spacieuse est un endroit merveilleux pour se dĂ©tendre le matin et observer les baleines pendant la saison. Table et chaises sur la vĂ©randa vous permettent de prendre les repas, les couchers de soleil incroyables de Maui ou tout simplement de s'asseoir et de prendre une boisson tropicale et de rĂ©server. Family vacation

We had a great stay! The beach was just a short walk and lots of food and shopping all around. The pool was nice and clean and the house was very nice.

A great place to stay

Wonder staff, friendly and helpful..Ed, the security guy was most helpful the few times we needed him, due to our own misshaps..centrally located, good access to beach, condo was fully stocked with all our immediate needs.

Great access to the entire Island. Perfect for a family or a couple looking for a place that don't need all the amenities as a resort has. All in all was a perfect stay for me and my son 11 days.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei! The place was exactly what we were looking for and Kathy was very easy to communicate with and always responded to messages very promptly. Would highly recommend!

Little place in Paradise

The location across from the beach is fantastic and a lot of thought was put into making sure the condo has all the amenities for you to enjoy your stay. The host seems genuine and was quick to respond to questions - thank you! Miss it already!!

Great location

Great location 1 building across the street from Charley Young beach which turns into Kamaole 1 2 and 3. Well stocked kitchen easy to use and easy to clean. The shower can use a good cleaning as there is mold in grout of glass blocks...

Overall was an excellent stay. Would rent again. I do think the condo we stayed in could use some updates. Especially shower entrance (kind of small.) I think glass blocks should be taken down and just use shower curtain. Would get be much more room to enter shower.

I love the property at Maui Vista. It is a good location and easy in and out. This is in need of an upgrade. It is pretty worn. However, we loved staying there.

Overall the condo was sufficient for our needs. I have provided Kathy (my contact) with some of the issues to allow them to address them as opposed to public disclosure. The location is fine and although the property is aging, it is kept in terrific shape. Staff of the property were exceptionally friendly too.

Maui visit after 15 years

The scenery is gorgeous, and the property is clean but needs an upgrade of the rental. Few comments nonsmoking rental but someone smokes paka lolo Saw baby roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling fan is so dirty other than that nice and we like it.

Highly Recommended!

I was looking for clean, comfortable, convenient, affordable. This rental was all that and more. I looked at other properties, but couldn’t see paying an outrageous price when what I needed was a great place to stay while enjoying all Maui has to offer. I’d rather spend the money saved on activities, not gold-plated bathroom fixtures. My 6’4”, 220 pound husband and I slept comfortably in the bed. Having AC in both the living room and bedroom was great for his heart condition when he needed to rest and escape the 90 degree heat. The kitchen was supplied well. I loved having a washer and dryer. If I ever have the opportunity to return to Maui, I would stay here again. Did I mention it’s right across the street from an amazing beach? 💖

Nice But Dated & Needs Some Updates

Bedroom, bathroom, and living room were clean. We killed some roach-like bugs in the kitchen on the counter next to the stove. The mattress on the bed is very soft and sagging in the middle - so probably overdue for replacement. Both AC units worked poorly. The fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, bathroom sink and shower we're all clean and fine. The unit was close to multiple beach front parks that were nice - although there were some homeless there too. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Northbound traffic on S Kihei Road was almost always slow.

Overall okay
.. but definitely not clean

Not one to leave bad reviews
. But the unit was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. The bathroom sink had had hair all around it, shower has mold, dead roach on the floor along with dirt and sand. I had to wash the mattress pad on the pull out bed before my daughter slept on it. That was also stained and had previous tenants hair all over it. I also mopped the floor as it was filthy. No response from the owner regarding our concerns. BUT unit was equipped with good supplies (cooking, towels, beach chairs). Easy walk to the beach! This would have gotten a good rating if it was cleaned better. Not sure id stay here again

Limited support from Paradise Vacations Inc

This condo is managed by Paradise Vacations Inc, their offices are in Arkansas and work over the phone. On arrival there was an issue with beach towels that took two phone calls/two days to resolve. The location of this condo was excellent for access to services, shopping, and the beach. However, the condo being in the 1st building of Maui Vista there is significant road noise that takes away from the ocean sounds, recommend a condo in building 2 or 3 to move away from the road noise. The condo supports 4 but the sofa bed being in the front room makes sleeping a little difficult due to the road noise. Other issues with this condo was the broken screen door and medicine cabinet door - both need to be repaired. There was limited flatware and glasses. An electrician had to be called in to fix sparking from the garbage disposal and dishwasher. A plumber had to get access to the condo for water leaks in the building plumbing. Both interrupting our vacation for an afternoon (did not want to leave them alone with our valuables). The beach gear was limited and the beach chairs provided are old but useable. Overall our vacation was wonderful but I would not recommend this unit for a group larger than 2 and even then I am not sure I would recommend this particular unit.
