You will love the living space, full kitchen, high-speed internet, smart TV, and queen beds with premium mattresses, pillows, and linens. The location of this property is blocks from dining and shopping. It is within 12 minutes of Indiana Wesleyan University and I-69 (Exit 264). You will feel right at home at Lindsay’s Landing II. (Note: upon request, pets are welcome for a fee of $12/pet/night.)

Good price and location. The bedrooms are very bright in the morning so couldn’t sleep in. Also had a cockroach crawl out on my friend while sitting on the couch. Host was welcoming but then didn’t hear back from them for several hours after notifying them. Place was pretty clean and cozy for the most part.

Since pest control wasn’t available over the weekend during your two‑night stay, I wasn’t able to bring someone out immediately. First thing Monday morning, I arranged for a licensed pest control company to inspect and treat the home. They didn’t find any bugs but completed a full preventative treatment. This was the first report of a cockroach, and I took your message seriously—responding as soon as I saw it. I apologize for not responding to your inquiry sooner—I simply missed the message. In the house instructions, I encourage guests to contact me directly for urgent needs, as messaging apps can occasionally be unreliable or missed. I appreciate your honesty and always aim to provide the five‑star experience many guests have enjoyed. I’m on‑site often and work closely with trusted cleaners to keep the home clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained. Thanks again for staying—I’d love the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience next time!

Had a great stay. We were over from Illinois for a wedding and spent 2 nights. The house is freshly remodeled and first class all the way. Host was very terrific and we loved our stay. Highly recommend!
