Come relax in the rocking chairs, walk on the drawbridge, and listen the beautiful birds at our feeders. Finch Landing is sure to be your home away from home as you explore all the upstate has to offer.

Located by a babbling brook and surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature, Finch Landing is sure to charm those retreating to the upstate for their extended stay (30 days-6 month rental). With utilities included and pets welcome ($250 fee; $100 per additional pet), we make it easy for guests to move in and feel at home at our creekside cottage.

Upon arrival at the property, guests will be greeted with mature trees, curated landscaping, and our picturesque creek- which includes a bridge for your enjoyment. Guests may use one space in the 2-car garage. Guests may enter the home either through the front door, with its spacious front porch, or through the garage door.

Inside our home, you may relax in our spacious living room and play board games, talk with friends and family, or enjoy a tv show or movie (tv is Roku-enabled for guest accounts). Our living room boasts a brand new, comfortable sectional and a gorgeous desk and chair for a convenient work space for guests.

Off the living room, guests may enter the kitchen, which is equipped with all you need to prepare a meal. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, with a peninsula area for prepping food. The kitchen flows smoothly into the dining area, which boasts a unique charm with its brick fireplace (The fireplace is not for guest use at this time). Our table includes a bench and four chairs and seats six individuals.

Off the dining area and entryway is the main hallway, connecting the two bedrooms, hall bathroom, and laundry on each end. Our laundry room includes a brand new washer and dryer for guest use and has ample storage with a large row of cabinets.

The queen bedroom includes comfortable bedding and two large closets for guest use. There is a second desk and chair in this bedroom to provide more working space for your convenience, and a nightstand and lamp. This bedroom also has a television for guests to enjoy at the end of a long day (Roku enabled for guest accounts).

Along this hallway is the first bathroom, which includes modern new finishes, a single vanity, a toilet, and a tub/shower combination.

Across the hallway is the master bedroom, which includes its own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, toilet, and single vanity with a sleek vessel sink.

Guests may enjoy the comfort of resting in our plush king sized bed. This room includes two nightstands with accompanying lamps, a large closet, and a spacious dresser for storage. Atop the dresser is a second television, which is also equipped with Roku for guests to log into their accounts.

One of the most unique aspects of this home is the beautiful outdoor space. Mature trees line the back of the house alongside the patio area, where you can enjoy watching the birds at our numerous feeders. This truly is a woodland oasis for you, your family, and your friends to enjoy. In the backyard is a locked white storage building, which guests may also use for their items as needed.

Pets are welcome to join you with a fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. All utilities are included in the rental price.
