Beautiful newly furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the first floor of Sea Beach Village, in the heart of Rincon. The condo is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and air conditioning in every room. It is walking distance to beaches, world class surf and the center of town. The apartment is directly across the street from a supermarket and bakery among other businesses. Sea Beach Village features a communal pool, gazebo, and basketball court on the grounds.

Xavier is available when needed through the Airbnb app.

3 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Most places in Rincon are walking distance, beaches, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, medical clinic, gas stations, Rincon town plaza. Car recommended to get around Rincon.

Backup systems (water cistern, electric generator), local coffee & water will be available, beach gadgets (chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels).

APARTMENT ON 1ST FLOOR
No loud noise after 9:00pm. Please respect the noise curfew.
No food or drinks in bedrooms.
No parties or events without host consent.
No unregistered guest allowed.
Please turn off the A/C when you go out.
Please take care of the furnishings.
Please take the trash out before you leave.

Lose key or gate beeper incur a replacement fee ($50)

The dog must be flea and tick free and current on prevention treatment.
Guests will not leave the dog unattended in the apartment.
Please bag and dispose of waste in the trashcan outside.
Please follow the Swimming pool schedule and rules located at the swimming pool area. 
Swimming pool and apartment can only be used by those staying at the Airbnb.
Weather There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.
ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS: The unit is privately owned. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or outdoors. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
Long term reservations will be charged an additional Service Fee Cleaning after every 7 days.
Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

LAUNDRY
Bring your own detergent.
Do not overload machines.
We are not responsible for lost or damage articles.
Clean lint tray at the end of each drying cycle.

Do not throw toilet paper, wipes or anything in the toilet bowl, If you clogged the bathroom you will pay the bill of the plumber.
