Location in Rincon was perfect. Unit location in building was also fantastic, just a few steps to pool, a few more to the beach. Absolutely recommend this location.

Could not have picked a more perfect location! The apartment provided everything we needed. Communication could not have been better. Detailed instructions on check in, along with pictures were provided but I didn’t read so any initial issues I had are on me.We did receive the wrong WiFi password but the router has the link to connect right on it

Great location in Rincon
Within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants/bars. The place is a bit dated, but if you don't plan to spend much time indoors, it's great!

Very nice and spectacular place. Well equipped and well located. Secure and safe. The back porch is a plus and the pool is just steps and the beach a short walk. Definitely will recommend the place and we will bw back

Great place to relax, close to beach.
Stayed for 5 nights. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Internet worked great for remote work. There were beach chairs to use, laundry detergent provided, and the TV had quite a few streaming services to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

The mini split was prettty much broken in the bedroom and was leaking water so had a wet floor and hot bedroom , had to have the entire house on ac at all times to even be able to sleep in the room

A true find
Although there was construction in the area, with added noise and a lack of hot water showers, this property was true to its photo listing. Pool water was too cold to use. Pool chairs were quite damaged. With all that in mind, I would rebook next year.

Awesome!!! Excellent!!! A unique and unforgettable experience. I believe this is one of the best—if not the best—stays I’ve had in eastern Puerto Rico. It is a beautiful, very spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a beachy vibe that has everything you need; just bring your clothes and groceries. It features a large, comfortable kitchen and a balcony where you can simply step down three stairs to reach the pool. You can also get to the public beach just by crossing the street. When you return from your adventures, there are plenty of entertainment options: a Smart TV with cable (including local and US channels), Netflix, YouTube, and more, plus various board games for all ages. You can enjoy the TV or games in air-conditioned comfort while preparing your meals. When it’s time to rest, every bedroom has excellent air conditioning. Everything was very clean and organized. Additionally, there are two on-site parking spaces accessible via an electric gate. In conclusion: I recommend this place 100%. It is an excellent spot with great communication from the host, Ruth—I am grateful to her for such a wonderful family experience.
