Spectacular Beachfront Retreat! At Island Beach Resort.

** IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER**

Our building is currently undergoing an exterior concrete restoration project. The work is not inside the condo, but construction will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. This includes the use of jackhammer, which can cause intermittent loud noise and occasional vibration inside the unit.

We believe in being upfront so there are no surprises. If you plan to be out exploring during the day, this may have minimal impact on your stay.

As a courtesy for the inconvenience, a 20% discount will be applied to the average nightly rate upon checkout for guest who choose to book during this time.


Welcome!

Escape to our newly renovated beachfront retreat, adorned with charming coastal decor and offering breathtaking ocean and pool views from the balconies. Located on the second floor, right in the center of the building, the condo provides stunning views of both the pool and the ocean.

Perfect for up to 4 guests, it features two comfortable full beds with comfortable linens, therapeutic pillows, and a queen pullout sofa bed. For your convenience, we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels.

Situated right on the beach, you’ll have direct access to the sandy shores just steps away. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, soaking in ocean views, dining at the famous on-site Schukers restaurant/bar, or exploring nearby attractions, our condo promises a rejuvenating stay that will soothe your soul and lift your spirits.

Beach getaway

This property has all that you need for a relaxing beach getaway. It was so nice to stay in a place that has been beautifully furnished and so close to the beach and pool. It is great for a sunrise and chill on the balcony or on the sand. Our host was very attentive, prompt and helpful. It was also a bonus to have a great restaurant on the premises for lunch or dinner.

Lovely property with great warm swimming pool and direct access to beach. Very clean and comfortable unit in smaller condo complex so less people. Wonderful restaurant and gift shop on the property. Hosts are great.

We stayed in the beachfront condo for 2 nights for our family reunion. The unit was just as promised and check in was very easy. It was a perfect location with beautiful views. It was stocked with all necessary things to enjoy our stay from beach toys to kitchen utensils. I highly recommend this unit and host.

Peaceful beach getaway!

This place is over the top wonderful!!! It has a secure check in process that you feel safe when you stay here. We travel each year for my daughter’s birthday and this was the first place that actually had a birthday cake waiting for us as a special surprise. Best hosts we have ever had and I travel a lot. This place is also one of the best places I have stayed at.

The condo was perfect for our stay. Zineb is a great host and was available for any questions we had. It was a perfect location and was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again. Condo had everything we needed too.

Hutchinson Island Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our short stay on Hutchinson Island. Zineb was a great owner and the condo was up to date and clean. It was the perfect size for two people. We loved the location right on the beach and having Shuckers right there was fabulous. Also, we liked its proximity to the quaint Jensen Beach downtown. The only negative is that we would have brought more towels with the laundry being on site but, other than that, it’s a 5-star stay.

Island get away

Needed a few days of peace and quiet to recharge and wound up wanting to stay. Very clean peaceful and what a beach. The view could not have been better and the atmosphere was fantastic! Can’t wait to come back!
