Cette belle maison de vacances est situé sur une intersection de la rivière Caloosahatchee et le sébaste dans la zone Cove Cape Coral Yacht Club. Il suffit d'un court trajet en bateau sur les eaux turquoise chaudes du Golfe du Mexique.

The house was great, had everything we needed and was clean, spacious and the views were amazing. Had a great time watching the boats come and go and the sunsets were beautiful.

Awesome view! Beautiful house with all amenities needed. Very clean. Great communication. Loved having RPM boat rentals available with lift on dock. Super convenient and fun. We will be back! They thought of everything we needed.

Review the photos and descriptions as mentioned as they match exactly what to expect. You will not be disappointed or feel anything was misrepresented. The daily boat watching, nightly sunsets, swimming in the pool or just floating to relieve your stress, the huge lanai to sit at the table with your family to visit, eat or listen to your favorite song on your playlist and grilling the nice juicy steak for a romantic dinner to mention a few. Got to see 2 dolphins swim by and one jumped fully out of the water with the arched body like you see on tv right in front of us. Got some bait to fish and it seems the frequent bait thieves turned out to be cat fish. A few sheepheads under the dock but no one on the hook.

Fantastic Villa

This was our first family Christmas abroad and spending it in this wonderful villa was perfect. The quality of fixtures and fittings are fantastic. The location is great and the sunsets were fab each night. Being right on the gulf was great for our boating days.

Enjoyed by all. Ages 93 to 10.

Very enjoyable stay to attend a family wedding in Fort Myers. We enjoyed the pool and lounging on the dock. There was ample space indoors to gather for conversation, card games, etc. Our ages ranged from 93 to 10. Enjoyed by all!

Great location. All new interior.

Great location and views of water. All new, clean interior since rehabbed after Ian. We had a great time as it is close to beach and Boathouse restaurant. Pool area and exterior could use some attention.

Great Location

The house was in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and the openness of the house. Some of the features were a little dated and a lot of the ceiling fans made some noises but overall we would definitely stay there again.

Great House and Location!

Absolutely wonderful home and pool, and the neighborhood can’t be beat! The home is nicely furnished and very clean, we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We look forward to renting this one or any other properties available next year!

Amazing Home!

We spent a girl’s weekend at this beautiful house and it was perfect! The inside of the house has been tastefully redone, with great living spaces. A beautiful pool, 6 loungers (yes!) and a table complete the outside! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was close enough to restaurants! Icing on the cake was seeing dolphins and enjoying the amazing sunsets! Thanks, Siegfried, for being a great host!!

Everything in the house was brand new - from furniture to kitchen items to towels. Location was amazing. We had a few issues while we were there but the property manger was quick to resolve and solve them.

Beautiful Home & Location - Seamless Booking, Check-In & Check-Out

We really enjoyed our stay. This was my first experience renting a vacation home and I'm so pleased with how everything turned out. Everything pictured was even better in person. We rented a boat for the week and it was wonderful to wake up, go out to the boat lift and immediately get out on the water and visit surrounding islands and beaches. Lots of dolphins too!

This place was amazing!

the house and property were more than we expected. The views are beautiful! We seen a dolphin one morning out by the dock. The house is spacious and very clean. The pool is very good size. Our family had a wonderful time and would most definitely stay here again

Great place and great location!!

Hit the Jackpot with this place! Pool is awesome, we kept it at 85 degrees. Beach is super close and the tiki bar/boat house is great too!! The boat lift was great for our boat and we cruised and fished a ton. House is super nice and no unexpected charges. We stayed for a month, wish it could have been longer!!!

Peaceful relaxing vacation.

Riverview at Dolphin Drive, lived up to our expectations.Beautiful area with great view across the river.Very quiet and relaxing place to chill out from the stresses of every day life. Dolphins came past the boat dock on numerous occasions plus on final day a manatee cruised passed.We had great weather,lots of sun so we made full use of the large pool. Given the opportunity we would have no hesitation in staying at this property again.
