Cette villa comprend des équipements de plage et le ménage. Cette villa est située au premier étage afin que vous puissiez vous évader à la plage rapidement. Notre villa comprend Internet par câble et sans fil.

L'emballage pour les vacances est un ours. Ces chaises de plage de sable, planches de bodyboard et parasol sans oublier les jouets et jeux de plage. Laissez-les à la maison! Nous fournissons des chaises de plage, des jouets de plage, un chariot pour tout transporter jusqu'à la plage, un gril et une glacière roulante. Vos enfants ont de la place dans la voiture pour s'épanouir maintenant!

En entrant dans le condo, vous apprécierez la villa joliment meublée et décorée professionnellement. La cuisine est équipée avec le cuisinier à domicile à l'esprit. Notre villa a accès à un ascenseur et une douche extérieure. Vous avez un accès complet à la salle de stockage au niveau du parking.

Où est la plage?: Se rendre à la plage est facile, à seulement trois minutes à pied de la plage. Vous pouvez voir le surf depuis le porche. Le club de plage est à cinq minutes à pied de la villa. Il comprend une piscine face à l'océan, un jacuzzi et une piscine pour enfants ainsi qu'un bar Tiki et un restaurant à service complet. Il y a aussi un accès à la plage à la piscine et vous avez la pleine utilisation du parking, vous voulez déposer les enfants et le matériel.

Le soir, profitez de la vue sur le lagon depuis le pont arrière.

Golf ou tennis n'importe qui? Les courts de tennis sont sur place et font partie du Islander Resort. Golf - plus que suffisamment de parcours au choix.

Myrtle Beach est à seulement 45 minutes en voiture et vous pouvez avoir tous les magasins, restaurants et attractions que vous voulez. Il y a aussi de bons restaurants sur et en dehors de l'île.

Ocean Isle Beach est une grande plage familiale. C'est merveilleux pour les promenades sur la plage, les couchers de soleil, la baignade dans l'océan, la pêche et la création de bons souvenirs de famille!

Great location with easy walk to the beach. The play has perfect amount of towels, utensils, beach stuff, etc for yiur stay. Very responsive owner! Love this place!

The condo is very nice. Close enough to the beach to walk. Our family was just down the road in the big house where we spent most of our time. It’s always good to be at the beach.

Excellent condo

This condo had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. It was sparkly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The outside deck had a large table and chairs which was great to sit around in the evening. Just outside the balcony was a pond full of turtles and fish that our kids fed every day. Tons of board games to play, bikes to ride and all the beach equipment we needed. A couple of minutes to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Thanks for a great stay.

Great weekend at Ocean Isle Beach

We had the best stay at Ocean Isle Beach. The condo was perfect, we could not have ask for more. We had 7 adults and the there was more than plenty of room. The condo is very nice, clean and very well taken care of. Property was well stocked with anything and everything you could need. The owners Monica and Chris have truly thought of everything and were absolutely great to work with. Very short walk to both the beach and tiki bar. Thank you Chris and Monica for sharing your place at the beach and making and our beach trip perfect.

My son’s Wedding

The owner was really easy to get in touch with. The location was perfect and convenient to everything! We had to wash our sheets and towels before we left which was ok their detergent ran out by I bought some the same brand they had and took mine with me. Again this is for accuracy of what to expect not a complaint (at least not for me!). Bring your toiletries like TP/hand soap for all bathrooms as there are 4(if your going to use them all (again $1ech no biggie there is a dollar store right up the road +Publix & Lowe’s food! The comfort and beautiful location make it worth while! So much to do and the place already comes with all you could need or want for the beach!!!! They even had board games and card games galore (we couldn’t enjoy them except for the cooler do to previous pre wedding activities) but we did stop and take an hour to just enjoy the beach view and talk with my son before he entered the next chapter of his life with his beautiful bride! Thank you sooooo much Monica for the Villa we enjoyed it!!! Wait we also enjoyed having coffee on the balcony watching the turtles!

Fun stay (but there are a few notes to be made)!

My family and I appreciated each bedroom having its own private bath! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with essentials. It was also a great convenience to have beach chairs, wagon, toys (for kids & adults) & umbrella provided! However, I want to make note of a few things- 1. No essentials were provided (ie shower essentials, toilet paper/paper towels- not even to get you started for your trip), 2. You are expected to make your own bed upon arrival. 3. The laundry room is an absolute disaster. No organization for towels and it’s just piled and stuffed anywhere there was room. 4. There is not enough living room seating for everyone to sit together should you have more than 4/5 guests. 5. The condo was genuinely dirty. I know the toilets were at least clean because the cleaners left their cleaning solution in the bowl. Despite these things, we still had a great & memorable trip!

Great family vacation

Great spot for our family. House had everything we could possibly need. Only thing that was difficult was the 1000 checkout, and that we had to wash all of the linens, all sheets/ towels. Literally finished at 9:58 with last load to the dryer.

Pre-summer stay in mid May

Beautiful place to stay with four large bedrooms and private bathrooms ample kitchen utensils toys games lawn chairs bicycles etc. to use. Please note the pool And bar restaurant doesn’t open Until the weekend before Memorial Day though the owner did let us use the pool And it is beautiful. A little bit of a walk to the beach and pool but the place was so nice it was worth it.

Good location

Owner not very responsive to messages, difficulty getting door open. Wet clothes had been left in the washer and smelled. Disposal did not work and upon inspection found a magnetic toy ball in it. Fixed disposal for them, always had to enter from rear due to front door not operating properly. Had to re wash clothes and fold sheets that were supposed to be available to us at check in.
