Park Place Townes: Pet-Friendly Monthly Rental

Welcome to Park Place Townes, a new, fully furnished townhome with a 2-car garage located near the heart of Greer, SC. This pet-friendly monthly rental is available for those seeking a longer stay while you travel for work, look for a home, or spend an extended time enjoying all the upstate has to offer.
All utilities are included and pets are welcome with a fee ($250 for first pet, $100 for additional pets). Enjoy your home away from home here at our tastefully decorated and modern townhome.

Upon arriving at the townhome, guests may park their cars in the driveway or the 2-car garage. Entry is available through the garage or the front door, and guests will receive their private entry code upon booking.

Downstairs, you will walk through the spacious entryway and find the half bathroom immediately off this hallway.

Our dining table offers seating for four, and there are 3 barstools at the large kitchen island for additional seating.

The living room is beautifully decorated and the sofa and 2 armchairs offer a comfortable place for guests to relax after a long day. The television is equipped with Roku for guests to stream using their personal accounts.

Our large kitchen features an island, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, and so much more-- you should find everything you need to whip up a lovely meal.

Upstairs, guests will find the laundry room equipped with both a washer and dryer, all three bedrooms, and the two full bathrooms.

The twin bedroom has both a twin bed and a dedicated office space where guests can comfortably work at home. It also includes a closet, nightstand, and a lamp.

Next to this bedroom, you will find the queen bedroom, which is also equipped with a full closet, 2 nightstands, and accompanying lamps.

These bedrooms share the hallway bathroom, which has a single vanity and tub/shower combination.

At the end of this hallway is the spacious and comfortable master suite. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower, toilet room, and double vanity.

The master bedroom has a king bed, large dresser, walk-in closet, dresser, and 2 nightstands with lamps.
