Large Historical Home with A/C 4 Beds 2.5 Bath Old City Center Walk Everywhere
Large open relax space with cozy sofa, tv area, nook for coffee, formal dinning table and breakfast room in the kitchen.
3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is spacious. We have comfortable beds, pillows, bedsheets, duvets, blankets, work desks, chairs, full length mirrors, wardrobes, and lamps.
Patio with lounge set to relax with a cup of coffee or wine. Shared rooftop to to do yoga, sunbathe or watch the stars.
Strong Wifi.
In the center of Old Cadiz, walk the narrow cobblestoned streets and you will find our humble home. Historical with moorish architecture, enter the big brown wooden door into the central courtyard.
Located on the 2nd floor, with access to the shared rooftop, without an elevator.
Step inside our apartment, where you will find a hallway with a wraparound window overlooking the courtyard below, and the sky above. When you first enter, to the left, is the main bathroom, and to the right, is the hallway that leads to 3 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom #1: The adjoining bedroom with on-suite full bathroom has access to the private sunny patio. Next to this bedroom is Bedroom #2 with 2 single beds and a nook window where you can sit to lounge and relax. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed and a window. Continue to walk around the hallway, at the end, you will find the 1/2 bathroom with a toilet and a sink. To the right, you will enter the living area that leads into the semi-open kitchen. There are portable air coolers, portable heaters, electric fans available, portable dehumidifiers and an air conditioner available to make your stay comfortable. The living area has 3 balconies overlooking the front streets. The livingroom is carpeted with a comfortable couch, 2 coffee tables, pouf, and a flat screen tv. Across one of the balcony is a coffee nook with a side chair and table. The round dining table is the center focal point that sits 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to inspire the chef and/or baker in you. Below the kitchen sink is a washing machine. One of the kitchen corner walls has baskets filled with snacks and shelves with coffee and tea compliments for you to indulge and enjoy.

My family lived in Cadiz 2 generations ago, and now, I am here to keep the family heritage going. I believe "the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others" â Gandhi, and that "creativity is intelligence having fun"âEinstein. Just outside our door are 2 of our favorite restaurants. Mini Bar - known for their fried fish tapas and strong mixed drinks. Bar El Laurel - is a local favorite serving local dishes that are so good.
