PMI Saltwater is proud to present The Mayflower - a 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Perfect for family gatherings, or vacations with friends, a complete renovation has modernized what was once an inn into a spectacular home. With year-round availability, this thoughtfully appointed, perfectly located property is sure to set the stage for life-long memories.



Park your car in one of the seven off-street parking spaces, and enjoy a short walk to the best of Wildwood - the beloved Boardwalk, the beach, the Convention Center, restaurants, entertainment and more. Plus, summer guests can enjoy the ease of a coveted BEACH BOX stocked with the beach essentials - chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon - no need to haul your gear to and from the beach each day!



The covered front porch welcomes you to The Mayflower – an ideal place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, or some afternoon shade after a fun day at the beach. Enter into the spacious living room, designed with relaxation and togetherness in mind. New luxury flooring runs throughout the first floor, flowing right into the beautifully renovated kitchen, a culinary and entertaining dream with stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, a grand center island and generous space to accommodate up to 14 guests for dining. A wet bar, full bathroom, ample pantry space, and convenient washer and dryer complete this area. The first floor primary suite features a King bed, a separate sitting room or study area, a pack-n-play, and full en suite bathroom.

The second floor is a family’s DREAM for guests young and old! The game room features vaulted ceilings and is stocked with an Arcade game, Foosball, board games, a Smart TV, a convenient beverage station with fridge, plenty of storage, and oversized sliders that invite you out to a furnished patio. With the high top table and half moon sofa, enjoy hours of ocean breezes, a glimpse of the surf, and a direct view of summer’s staple: Wildwood’s famous Friday Fireworks. Six additional bedrooms grace this floor - including another King bed with full en suite bathroom, a Queen bedroom with full en suite bathroom, two more Queen bedrooms, and two Full bedrooms - ensuring space and privacy for all. A half bath off the hallway, and convenient access to the backyard, add to the ease and enjoyment of your stay. The whole home stays cool and comfortable with brand new HVAC systems. Plus, The Mayflower offers something exceedingly rare in the heart of Wildwood: a fenced yard to let the little ones safely run, or to host hours of yard games for guests of all ages.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towel sets for 14 guests are also included. This home features a full-size washer and dryer, outdoor grill, access to a Beach Box (Memorial Day through Labor Day) with chairs, and two outdoor showers.

The Mayflower comfortably sleeps 14 guests. Sorry, no pets are permitted, and the home is not to be used for private events (no weddings, prom parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc), and primary renters must be 25 years or older.

Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, mid-stay cleaning, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.
