Welcome to Casa Verde, nestled in the beautiful gated Village Walk community in Port Aransas Texas. Just a moments drive to the stunning Golf coast of Port A beach, restaurants serving coastal cuisine, boutiques and shops for the entire family to enjoy! Need food/supplies?! Take 11th street to the heart of downtown and find the Port Aransas Family Center for all of your family needs.

Upon entering the main level, you`ll be welcomed by an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, perfect for relaxation after a beach day. Enjoy the cozy furnishings, flat-screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen, complete with coastal inspired kitchenware. The dining table seats 8-10 guests comfortably.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom-one with a queen bed, the other with two queen beds and a twin/twin bunk. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV.

A private suite above the garage offers an extra bedroom with a king-sized bed and sitting area, complete with a sectional and TV. Great for in-laws, older teens, or additional family friends.

Check-in: Check-in begins at 4pm, but exact readiness depends on housekeeping and maintenance efforts.
Starter Supplies: Your stay starts with essentials like trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and basic toiletries for one night. Bring additional items for longer stays.

Connectivity: WiFi is provided as a convenience but Port Aransas does experience outages. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WiFi
Pest Control: While mosquitoes and pests can appear throughout the year, the island does experience a more robust amount, professional pest control is maintained for each property.
Security Note: A valid credit card is required prior to arrival in place of a security deposit.

- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
