PRÊT À LOUER! "Sea Foam" est la parfaite maison de plage familiale - 12 personnes confortablement + Kid-Friendly

Détendez-vous dans le style de cette maison de plage familiale idéalement située sur Eleventh Street. Très proche de la plage, des magasins locaux et des restaurants. Maison neuve avec tous les nouveaux meubles dans la communauté Ocean Village! Le pont de patio donne sur un bel étang privé.

Grand concept ouvert salon, salle à manger et cuisine a beaucoup de sièges confortables, table à manger 10 places, comptoir de petit déjeuner avec 4 tabourets supplémentaires, coin salon, baby-foot et TV grand écran.

Quatre chambres à coucher laisser beaucoup d'espace pour se reposer après de longues journées au soleil, y compris 2 lits king size, 2 lits superposés jumeaux et 1 lit double sur un lit complet plus un lit gigogne. Tous les lits ont de nouveaux matelas de qualité et draps fournis. TV dans chaque chambre avec lecteur DVD intégré. Les 2 chambres principales ont des portes-fenêtres donnant sur le balcon arrière.

3 salles de bain complètes dans la maison et demi-bain supplémentaire en bas par le garage.

L'étang Ocean Village propose des activités de pêche avec remise à l'eau à quelques pas de notre maison. Profitez de l'observation des oiseaux, des tortues et même des cerfs-volants dans le confort de notre pont supérieur. La piscine communautaire est juste au coin de la rue. Prenez votre café du matin sur le patio avec le bruit des mouettes autour de vous.

Autres commodités comprennent: une douche extérieure, porte-serviettes, barbecue, table de pique-nique (* NOTE - Table de pique-nique actuellement indisponible en raison de l'ouragan, nous allons le remplacer bientôt), une salle de bain à côté du barbecue et des chaises extérieures supplémentaires. Beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement.

Vous cherchez chien-friendly? Certains chiens sont les bienvenus. Veuillez d'abord nous parler de votre animal de compagnie.

Voulez-vous abandonner votre voiture? Il y a beaucoup de locations de voiturettes de golf disponibles dans la ville, et vous pouvez même marcher à plusieurs endroits locaux.

First Family trip....VERY MEMORABLE!!!

AWESOME STAY!!! My family and I had such a great time and enjoyed the Sea Foam Beach House! Highly recommended!!! Plenty of room, plenty of parking close to the beach, stores and restaurants!! No one every fought for the TV remote, every room has a TV! Buggy rental right across the street!! Look forward to our next stay at the Sea Foam Beach House!!!

Great place to stay! Our family had everything we needed at the house. 5 min drive to beach. Kids loved the foosball table! Appreciated the beach towels provided in the house. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils to cook meals at the house if preferred. We didn’t get a chance to fish in the catch and release pond but saw others fishing on and off during our stay. We had a good view of the pond from the porch and enjoyed watching the turtles swimming with their babies. So cute!! Would definitely stay at this house again in the future.

Fantastic getaway

First, let me say the property was exceptionally clean and well put together- plenty of space for everyone in our group of 3 kids and 6 adults. Having the deck looking out at the pond was wonderful! We had some issues with the AC, but the owners were very responsive and got it handled quick! My only real suggestion would be to look at internet speed improvements- we were only able to have 1 tv streaming at a time.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your review and for taking good care of our house. Unfortunately, there is only 1 cable provider on the island, and even tho we already subscribe to the highest speed package, when the communities have high internet usage, it can slow down the internet speed for all subscribers.

Very Nice Property

this property was perfect for our men's fishing trip. It had plenty of space for everyone not just for sleeping but for relaxing as well. The pool was a nice touch.

Port A family trip

Such a great place to stay! House was spacious, beds were comfortable, showers were hot..had an outdoor shower for when we came back from the beach. Nice little grill that we used for fajitas. Double bonus on the foosball table, kids loved it and kept them off their phones. Bring some fishing poles, kids had a great time fishing in the evening - caught perch and did some turtle watching. Just a great place to stay and the owners replied quickly and were easy to work with. My out of town family absolutely loved it and they’re ready to book another trip. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Home was AWESOME!

This home was exactly as described. We never did find a short route to the beach, but we rented a golf cart, so it all worked out! It’s beautifully decorated and there was PLENTY of sleeping room! Plan to purchase your own paper goods (coffee filters, paper towels & extra toilet paper, any baggies/foil you may need for the kitchen) we we’re very pleased overall & would book again in the future!

Clean house that accommodated two families easily

This was a great property. Located 5 minutes to the Port Aransas beach (by car), it was a great place to stay. I especially appreciated that it was very little kid friendly and I had no issues staying there with my toddler. The owners were quick to email back to my questions. All in all a very good place to stay with your family for the beach!

Beautiful Place, Very comfortable for our group. Clean, friendly nice beach atmosphere. Very spacious. The place was very nice after a long day of fishing, and even nicer after being out on the beach. Relaxing with everything you need to chill.

The house was really nice inside. We enjoyed the extra beds and bathrooms! Unfortunately, sheets were microfiber, of which I’m not a fan. The pond and pool were decent, but only a small corner of it meets with the pond. There is beach access very close by, which was handy. Overall, a lovely time had by all.

Great and Relaxing Stay

Impressive and efficient open floor plan with a Foosball table for some additional fun and entertainment. Balcony overlooking the community pond was relaxing when we weren't at the beach. Also there is a community pool a short walk from the house, if your in the mood for some fresh water wading.

Great House!!!

The house was amazing and looked exactly like the photos. We assumed the beach access was closer, but it is a mile walk from the house. It's not far unless you are carrying a lot of 'beach stuff'. Ray and Jackie were very quick to answer questions.

We are a family of four from Austin who enjoy the water. Our two young kids ages 10 and 12 both enjoy growing up around the beach and lake. We also have a lake house on VRBO/HomeAway listing number 410128.

This home is a special place for us to share the beach, the sun, golf and fishing with our children. It is less than 5 minutes to almost anything in Port Aransas, and a short drive from Corpus Christi or Austin.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Fishing right off the patio and plenty of seating. Not your typical beach house with very large and open living/dining/kitchen area for family gathering.
