This luxury 82m2 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is situated in the heart of the 8th district along the famous Avenue Montaigne. Found on the 7th floor, easily accessible by an elevator, the home has large windows throughout, allowing for maximal natural light. There are narrow balconies with large sliding doors which overlook the courtyard. This newly renovated space has everything you need to feel at home such as a spacious and cozy living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate washer and dryer, a TV with basic English channels, and A/C throughout. When you enter the King bedroom, there is the shower door on your left and the bathtub right in front with a sink. The shower room is also accessible from the Queen bedroom. Both bedrooms also have plenty of storage space for your belongings. There is one W/C which is located by the entrance next to the King bedroom. This stunning flat eagerly awaits you.
