Je vis dans l'appartement pendant plus de 15 ans et mon travail me permet aujourd'hui de passer du temps dans la campagne.

Perfect for a get-away in Paris! The host was kind, accommodating, and responsive, the apartment was in perfect condition, and the view of the Tour Eiffel (from every room) was even better than in the pictures…it literally fills the windows! The neighborhood is safe, convenient to the Métro, and has everything you could want for restaurants, shopping, etc. Very highly recommended and we hope to return soon. Thank you Joëlle!! - Keith H.

This was my second stay and the apartment did not disappoint. The view is wow!! In person actually better than the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments and cookware. The furniture and bed are comfortable. Just a wonderful experience.

We had the most beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment, just like the picture displayed on your website, and the apartment gave us easy access to local restaurants, the BatoBus tours, the Rue Cler market & shopping. The apartment was clean, roomy, and the proprietor & housekeeper made it easy to check in & out. We would definitely make future plans to reserve this booking!

The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room was spectacular. The kitchen well appointed with appliances. The property was clean and comfortable. The property is well located to restraunts and near to Rue Cler market. A patisserie is located across the street with fresh baked bread and pastries. A small grocery store is a block away. Finally property’s security measures allowed us to feel safe and secure. We loved it and highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying with Joelle. Entering the building had a bit of a learning curve but once we got the hang of it we were all set. She was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Wonderful view and equally wonderful host!

Several restaurants near by .Bakery across the street.Supermarkets near by.Its more in a residential area but yet close enought to walk to some of the famous monuments. Owner met me when i got there really nice lady very helpful when i messaged her she got back to me really quick.I have stayed in this apartment one other time i travel solo and i felt very safe walking in this area.The view pf the Effel toqel from all three rooms is amazing to watch at night.Will definitely stay again.

This is beautiful apartment in a prime location. The online pictures are fantastic but do not do it justice. Outstanding view of Eiffel Tower from every window in unit. Top (12th) Floor Nicely appointed separate kitchen, Living room, separate bedroom, Toilet and sink room off of living room, shower and sink room attached to bedroom. The owner communication was outstanding. Apartment complex is very good with two secure entry doors you will be provided codes for. Short walk to Eiffel Tower. Small markets and bakeries nearby. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Easy to find a taxi nearby or use G7 app. Rooms are nicely decorated and spacious for two people. The owner is fantastic.If your looking for a place in Paris DO NOT PASS THIS UP.

Fantastic stay!

We loved the place we stayed. The location is fabulous! It was close to areas we wanted to walk to. Quiet area but still close to everything. Amazing views of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment. Having grocery and bakeries close by was great. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

The views from the apartment are incredible. The apartment is nice and has everything you would need, located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The Tower/River and restaurants are a short walk away. The owner/host Joelle is very accommodating and communicative. My favorite part was the small balcony and the million dollar views.

Paris Honeymoon Stay

The view was amazing! Loved our stay here. Location very close to the eiffel tower and many restaurants. Is to get to other places on the metro stops which are about a 5-10 min walk.

Beautiful view of eiffel tower!

Really enjoyed our stay at Marty Joelle's place! The view was gorgeous and from every room in the apartment. The neighborhood was very relaxing and still easy to get to attractions closeby. We were staying during a cooler time, but for anyone planning to stay during the hotter months, the A/C is a portable unit in the bedroom that was not set up (from what we could see). We really enjoyed our stay!!
