Our hostess was very considerate and caring. The property was beautiful and quiet as we wanted. I would ask that the blankets and sheets be washed in a scent free soap and that nothing with an artificial scent be in the room. I am very sensitive to artificial scent as many people can also be.

Everything you need is there! The host took the time to make lists and label items so you know what is where and what things do. It was very comfortable.

The Canyon View property is just right in every way. The private driveway leads right to the door making unpacking an ease. The main room is spacious with a good couch and big comfortable bed. Robin has so many thoughtful details especially in the kitchen and bathroom. When we first arrived, I really appreciated having a good selection of spice mixes to cook with even before we went to get groceries.

It was perfect for our stay. Has a kitchen to make coffee or tea and a great shower. Robin and Gary were very fast in their communications. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is very well described. What isn't highlighted is the hosts are AMAZING people. We came here for the 2 weeks after my knee replacement. Everything is open and handicap friendly as I was on a walker. Any questions are immediately answered. I can't thank them enough for making this 2 week stay stress free. We definitely will be back to spend time here again! Thank you Robin n Gary.

The property was clean, but the litter box smell the moment I opened the door was a lot to process. Thankfully my wife was not with me, as she’s severely allergic to cats. Unfortunately, there were no other options. I communicated with the host in advance that I may have an extra child with me (from college) and she reported it for an extra fee after checkout anyways. They are also very loud upstairs early in the morning, when the apartment is directly below them.

Kitchen doesn’t have stove, just a hot plate of some kind to cook on. We didnt need to cook but would have been nice to have that option. They need a new coffee pot. Coffee after making was just a bit more than warm. Bed was very comfortable. Slept well.

Sorry of your misunderstanding as it’s an induction cooktop not a hot plate. And we checked the coffee pot and it was hot for a couple hours. In the future, please ask if you have any issues.

We enjoyed our stay. It is advertised as a 1 bedroom. It is a studio. The bed is in the living room. The area was quiet. Close to town and college. The hosts were very responsive. The studio was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There is no stove. They have an induction burner. Easy to cook on. But you are limited to cooking one thing at a time. Just have to be creative. All in all, I would stay again.

This is a great property with very thoughtful owners. The most well stocked vrbo we have stayed in. The location was also very nice. It's such a quiet, peaceful street. We had some very hot days, but the apartment was always cool. Would definitely stay again.
