Guests have use of the entire home.

Hosts live in town and are available for messaging through the app or in person if needed.

The number of guests and pets should be disclosed at the time of booking.

Pet Policy:
- All pets must be pre-approved and listed on the reservation at the time of booking. If it is apparent that a non-disclosed pet was in the unit, we will request a pet fee from you upon checkout.
- A maximum of two dogs is permitted.
- Only housebroken pets are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- Please clean up after your pet, ensuring no traces of them in the yard or house.
- Pets must not be left alone at any time.
- A non-refundable base fee of $100 per pet is required for each stay. Additional charges may be applied for any extra cleaning of pet hair or waste to ensure the property is restored to its original condition.
- Visitors of the guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property without prior consent from the host and payment of the required $100 fee.

Additional Cleaning Policy:
If the house is left in such a state that additional cleaning is required, the guest will be charged accordingly.
- Clean up any spills and messes! Basic cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen or bathroom sink.
- No indoor smoking or vaping allowed. A $500 cleaning fee will apply for any violations.
- Take out your garbage before check out. Trash is stored in the grey bin in the alleyway. The blue bin is for recyclable items only. *No glass. Garbage pickup is on Friday. Bins are to stay in the alley at all times.
- Turn off lights and close and lock all doors and windows when you exit the unit and/or at check out.
- Partying is strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of the neighbors, especially after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.
- On-street parking is available. Do not block the sidewalk, anyone’s driveway, or garbage bins.
- Remove soiled shoes in the house, particularly in carpeted areas.
- Do not flush any wipes or hygiene products down the toilet.
- Do not pour grease into the drain or disposal – use the trash, only once the grease has cooled.
