About this space
Newly remodeled, bright, and clean! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Right on the intracoastal waterway with a boat slip; just bring your boat with you! Take a short boat ride to any of the local sandbars to relax your stress away. Close to Swansboro, Emerald Isle, Jacksonville, and Camp Lejeune. Kids will love the game room with air hockey & arcade games. The game room also has a queen size murphy bed. A large gathering room upstairs overlooking the intracoastal waterway. The views are spectacular! The gathering room has a leather sofa with a pull-out queen bed. Larger pets need approval. All vehicles need to be parked on the large concrete driveway.

Great property with lots of room!

Our family spent a week here over 4th of July! The home had room for all of us with extra space! The location was very unique and the kids enjoyed fishing out back. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Home was decorated nicely. Kayaks, life jackets, bbq grill were all a treat for our stay! The community had their own fireworks nearby so we didn’t have to leave which was great!

We had an awesome time and our accommodations were excellent! We had a large group with teenagers and adults and the 2 separate living areas worked out wonderfully for everyone. The game room was great for the kids as well . Loved the bathrooms in suite and the one in the hall next door to a bedroom was great also . The only thing I would add would be a shower in the upstairs living area where the boys hung out and slept. The kitchen was spacious and plenty of seating for us all.. loved the outdoor views and area. If it were a cooler time of year would have spent more time there for sure. Thanks for a wonderful stay and kind consideration on anything we asked or had questions on. If we come this way again your place would be first on our list to stay.

Hubert getaway

The property is in a good location, the houses itself was an outstanding place to stay. Had some issues with bugs and snakes outside and other issues that were discussed with the owner. The owner is addressing these issues because he was unaware of them. Overall, I would recommend staying there but I wouldn’t recommend bringing pets or small children at this point.

The house was very spacious. New appliances, full size washer/dryer made cooking and laundry a breeze. The view was amazing and the yard was more than enough space for our dogs to run. A floating dock was delivered which would make getting on and off the boat much easier for the next guests.

Great Place

The house is beautifully detailed inside and out, from the moment we entered we were all in awe of all of the attention to detail the owner has put into it as well as extras to accommodate all guests! There were an arcade video game system, air hockey game, and ample space for all. We came as 6 adults and could easily be comfortable with four more people. The upper level has a gorgeous waterfront view and balcony. There are kayaks and life vest to use. There is also a delicious homestyle BBQ spot just walking distance from the house. The property sits on a large lot and it is well maintained and has palm trees that we took plenty of scenic pictures at. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and seamless and the owner maintained excellent communication prior to and after the visit, they also provided an area map for scenic/historic places to visit that were nearby. The next time we visit the area this is the first option for us (it was so good that it’s even worth waiting for if it’s not available at the desired time). Thank you so much again!
