The Village Roost - Furnished Monthly Rental

The Village Roost is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house available for 30-day minimum rental in Greenville, SC. We are currently looking to rent for 30-180 days.

This beautiful home is a brand-new construction decorated with precision and charm to make you feel right at home.

When you pull up to our home, you'll find a welcoming southern front porch, complete with rocking chairs.

Upon opening the front door, you'll enter our open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen space.

A large, comfy L-shaped sectional serves as the perfect place to catch up with your loved ones and to watch a great movie (Smart TV with Roku, no cable)

The living area gives way to our dining area with a Farmhouse style table made from a reclaimed door. Here, there is seating for 6, with 3 additional stools at the peninsula off the kitchen.

On your way to the kitchen, you'll see our large black-board, decorated by a local Greenville artist. Here you'll find recommendations to our favorite places, most of which are mere minutes away in the new Poe West development, or Greenville's "other" downtown-- The Village of West Greenville!

The kitchen is brand new, with stainless steel appliances and all you will need to cook up a lovely meal.

The kitchen leads outdoors to the deck, where guests will find seating for 4 as well as a gas grill.

Additional seating can be found further back in the fenced in yard, surrounding our fire pit (wood not provided).

Pets are welcome to join you for your stay for a fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet.

The Village Roost sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

The first bedroom, at the front of the home, is our Twin room, featuring a dresser and two twin beds as well as a spacious closet.

Next door is the hall bath with a tub/shower combination and single vanity.

Continuing down the hall, you will come to the Queen bedroom, featuring a large closet with a dresser inside, a chair for getting ready or reading, and a comfortable Queen bed.

Across the hall, you'll find our laundry room, which is available for your use-- detergent is provided!

Finally, at the back of the home, tucked away from it all, is a serene master bedroom. A gorgeous wooden headboard frames the King bed, with a large dresser and accompanying nightstands. A TV is mounted above the dresser, and guests can login to their own streaming services (no cable).

Lastly, the master bathroom features a sleek glass door shower, toilet, and double vanity.

This home is fully furnished and all lawn care, utilities, internet (not cable, TV is available for streaming), and trash pick up are included.

The terms are as follows:
-$750 security deposit (refunded within 30 days of check out)
-$250 non-refundable pet fee (+ $100 for each additional pet)
-$315 Cleaning Fee

I tend to allow my guests to keep to themselves, but I am always a message away if needed!

Poe Mill is an up and coming area with a new commons area, Poe West, right around the corner, and is right near the planned location for Unity Park-- a huge public green space that is currently in the works!

Greenville's public transportation isn't quite up to snuff yet. I usually recommend guests rent a car if they do not have their own. Ubers are plentiful and affordable for enjoying a responsible night out on the town.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (ie, not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with the router, ring camera, or lock.
