Beachfront Condo with heated pool. Enjoy your stay at Casa Del Mar in this updated condo fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay of up to 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children). Step out on the balcony overlooking the beach and enjoy the sea breeze. Free Wi-FI and Cable and close to all the shops for your last minute needs. 61st street Fishing pier, Trolley stop, and beach is just steps away on seawall blvd.
The space
One private bedroom with a queen bed, built in bunk beds for 2, and a luxurious sofa sleeper. No more than 6 guests are allowed due to condo association rule.
Pets are not allowed due to condo association rules.
A parking pass must be purchased at the front desk. $45 will cover 2 vehicles for the duration of your stay.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire condo unit, either of the 2 pools on site, and vending machines. Ice is available on the 2nd floor, pay laundry on 1st and 3rd. Your unit is located next to the elevators.
There are 2 beach chairs and beach tent for guests to use.
Other things to note
Keyless entry and a code will be sent to you as soon as the room ready for you. Using this code you can do self check in any time you want.
