Welcome to the beachfront Seascape Resort Condominiums! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This 1st floor unit offers beach views from your private balcony. With king bed in primary bedroom, recessed bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in living room, this unit sleeps 6 guests. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. This unit also has a washer/dryer in the unit for your use. Soak up the sights and sounds from your over-sized balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Cable and Wi-Fi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors. Quick 5-minute drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens.

* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

* This unit is located on the first floor (above the parking garage). The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.

* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

The storage closet is a shared closet so the items available vary. We keep about 40-50 beach chairs and a variety of sand toys in there so the actual items will vary but there are always enough to borrow for your day at the beach.

Great room for the 4 of us. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Kids loved having their own bunk and tv to unwind at the end of every day. Beach access was great, easy and close!

My stay at this property was just what I needed! I loved being directly on the beach with private access, and this cozy condo was perfect for me. I only had one issue with the housekeeping services forgetting toilet paper before I checked in, but the host promptly contacted them and the issue was rectified quickly. Other than that, my stay was wonderful! The host was very responsive and I even was able to extend my stay an extra day! The property was quiet and well maintained, especially for the price point. The covered parking was a bonus! I would definitely stay here again when returning to Galveston.

Best vacation ever! This condo is super cute and just as described. We loved being able to see and hear the waves from the balcony. It is close to all the fun things to do in Galveston. We will definitely be back soon!

Did not have any hand soap in bathroom or kitchen.Sofa in need of cleaning or replacementCoffee pot did not workMajor construction noise that woke us up every morning and lasted till 4 in the afternoon. It should have been posted on the listing when rented or notified after space was rented. No way to enjoy vacation or relax with major jack hammering of concrete!!!!

I apologize for the issues during your stay. When you notified us you could not get the Keurig to work, we had a new one delivered within the hour and you also demanded we send you Starbucks coffee until the Keurig arrived. When we spoke, you did not mention that you couldn't find the hand soap (it is kept in the cabinet) and also did not mention anything about the couch. We would have helped you find the soap and sent housekeeping to have the couch recleaned. Regarding the construction. I was unaware the contractors had not finished. You didn't mention it when we talked the second time so I assumed they had finished, otherwise, we had a 2-bedroom unit in a different building we could have moved you to. It is disappointing you did not mention the other issues you had so we could have tried to resolve them during your stay.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way! The beachfront location at Seascape Resort was absolutely perfect, and the balcony was our favorite spot. The ocean view was beautiful morning and night, and there was plenty of room to relax, eat meals, and enjoy the sound of the waves.The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Having a washer and dryer in the unit made such a huge difference, especially after a beach day with our kids. The beach access easy, the property was well maintained, and we loved the pool! Would absolutely book this condo again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with amazing views!

This condo exceeded my expectations! The balcony is larger than other Seascape units and has an amazing view of the ocean. Having access to beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys is so helpful! We didn’t have to bring or buy a thing. It would be helpful to have some beach towels in the unit. That’s all we had to buy. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the TV’s provided in the bunk beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Great host! We had a problem with fire alarm and she answered my text in the middle of the night to help us out. We also lost power due to a storm and she was very accommodating.
