Together, these two private homes sleep up to 12 guests, offering five bedrooms, eight beds, and four bathrooms. The first home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with windows that frame glimpses of Sedonaâs distinctive landscape. A chair in the master converts into a childâs bed, and a futon in the sunroom offers screened comfort for extra guests. The second home, Sedona Mona Lisa, includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, one with a king bed, the other with a queen, plus a futon couch in the living room for flexible sleeping space.
Outdoor living
Step outside to unwind in the fenced backyard where desert calm meets easy gathering. At the garden villa, soak in the hot tub or visit the detached âbubbly barâ for a relaxed evening drink. The second home offers a grassy yard with two patios, a BBQ grill, and games like cornhole, plenty of room to sit, chat, or simply enjoy the quiet warmth of Sedonaâs sun.

We do get some Javelina in the middle of the night once in a while trying to knock over garbage cans in the neighborhood. So, please keep them bungy corded so you don`t have a mess to clean up!
Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
