The hosts were responsive to communications ahead of our stay, and the property matched the listing well. We appreciated the large kitchen table and open concept kitchen-dining-living room space for a nice communal feeling. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spotlessly clean, well—stocked and a great location. Nice kitchen-dining-living room common area to hang out, watch TV, eat/drink. The patio is super spacious. Owner contacts were wonderfully communicative and made everything so easy. We stayed here with our adult kids and we all loved it.

Lovely place to relax.

Convenient location very near Santana Row. The back yard patio and arbor was a terrific place to relax. M&M were very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed. Street is a little busy, but we didn't seem to have trouble getting in and out. The light switches were kind of high tech and took some getting used to. One curious thing was that both bathrooms had motion-activated switches that cannot be disabled. Not a problem so much during the day, but were a quite unsettling when using the bathrooms through the night. We covered them with painters tape we found in the kitchen island cabinet. Problem solved.

An excellent, well appointed stay close to the South Bay's major spots!

This stay is the perfect location near major business and shopping attractions in the South Bay without being stuck around heavy traffic or constant noise. The house and furnishings are very well appointed, and we had an absolutely perfect stay. Everything was clean, up to date, and everything could dream of in a VRBO booking.

Luxury Stay!

The moment you step inside, you'll feel like you're in a five-star hotel. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We booked it for a short weekend getaway to attend a Niners game with two other couples. It’s conveniently located just 15 minutes from the stadium and close to grocery stores and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice house - Highly Recommend

The owners communicated well, easy instructions. This house was perfect for my family. We stayed here for 4 nights and were very comfortable. It had a nice private backyard to sit outside and visit. It had a nice kitchen for cooking with a really cool fancy microwave. The bathroom had bidet toilets with a seat warmer, that was cool. We used the two car garage to park the SUV we rented. This made me feel a lot better knowing my car wouldn't get broken into.

Awesomeness host and clean property

Marina + Michalis are awesome host - kindly assisted us with anything at anytime we needed. Property is super clean, functional, at the most convenient locations in Santa Clara areas. Strongest recommendation for this location and property. We really enjoyed our visit and stay at this property.

The house was very clean , updated appliances and very good location. For a longer stay , needed more dishes / pots and pans. For The two fire pits, there was inly only one propane tank. All in all the stay was very good.
