The infamous Sarasota Beaches are 10 miles including, #1 Siesta Key, then do not forget the collective St. Armand’s well known for its elite shopping and dinning.

Love this secluded space. All the neighbors have lived here nearly since day one very established and quiet neighborhood.

The house is newly renovated allowing for open floor plan with beautiful new kitchen quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.we designed it with making room in mind. You can technically sleep 10 in the home but we only listed as 8 for most comfort. There is two comfortable queen sized mattresses, a futon that can sleep two, queen air mattress and a very large comfy sectional that can technically sleep three if wanted to snuggle. If you want to comfort of additional geust please just request at check in and we can comfortably accommodate more than 8 people.

Be sure to enjoy the surroundings. Less than five minutes down the road the always decorated UTC area is an enjoyable shopping and eating experience. The mall is massive and holds some of the finest designer boutiques. If your into some getting some fresh air there is Regatta Island the home of the rowing in SRQ. They often hold events and fundraising walks here so be sure to check out their calendar. A stroll around the island is worth the time and a great workout!
