Located on the east side of Seneca Lake just 15 minutes south of Geneva, this private guesthouse offers unforgettable sunsets, quiet mornings, and direct access to the water. Thoughtfully styled and consistently top-rated, it’s the perfect Finger Lakes escape for couples seeking calm, comfort, and scenery.

This serene lakefront guesthouse is designed as a true retreat ... quiet, comfortable, and intentionally styled for couples. Set directly on the east side of Seneca Lake, you’ll enjoy spectacular sunset views from the balcony or the dock, gentle lake breezes, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away while still being close to everything.

Inside, the space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with a comfortable bedroom, full bathroom, and cozy living area that opens to lake views. Whether you’re enjoying coffee in the morning, a glass of wine at sunset, or simply relaxing after a day exploring the Finger Lakes, the space is designed to help you slow down and unwind.

Step outside for direct access to the lake, perfect for swimming, kayaking, or simply sitting and watching the light change over the water. The property offers privacy, easy parking, and a quiet setting that guests consistently comment on in their reviews. We also have plenty of space if you want to bring your own kayaks, paddle boards, or bikes (local rentals available, too - just ask!).

Conveniently located just 15 minutes south of Geneva and right on the Seneca Wine Trail, you’re close to award-winning wineries, breweries, hiking trails, waterfalls, and charming towns, yet far enough to enjoy true peace and quiet at the end of the day.

Ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway, a wine-country weekend, or a relaxing lakeside escape.

NOTE: While we do have a dock on the lake that our guests are welcome to enjoy, we are unable to accommodate our guest's boats and jet skis but we can recommend nearby marinas that rent slips.

A beautiful, quiet, wonderfully designed and decorated lake house! We couldn't have asked for anything better. We hopped around chasing waterfalls in the Finger Lakes region, and after a long day of hiking, we would unwind on the balcony or dock and watch the sunset. A beautiful place that we truly could not recommend more!

The property was immaculate. I normally wipe everything down with Clorox wipes when I arrive at a rental but this was so clean I did not need to. The location was ideal, about 30 minutes to the wineries and 45 minutes to Watkins Glen State Park. Geneva was close by with good restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Sunsets on the dock were amazing.

We loved our stay here. The place was beautiful and had everything you needed. This hosts are kind, caring and easy to get a hold of. This was the perfect place for a little get away for my husband and I. The place was clean, up to date and absolutely beautiful. Everything you would need or want is within 10-20 min away. We loved sitting on the deck reading and watching the water. We will be back.
