This place has so many thoughtful touches and Ron is an amazing host. We had a very comfortable stay in a beautiful quiet area with every convenience we could ask for.

In town for volleyball matches and to visit granddaughter. Ron was the perfect host. Spent time explaining everything and was going to permit early check in which didn't work out due to a delayed flight, but was much appreciated anyway. There is ample parking on the street which was also greatly appreciated. Seems close to everything we needed. I don't think there was anything missing that would have made our stay more enjoyable. There are some steps down to the entrance but handrails are available. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Ron.

Luxury in an oasis, is my description of this apartment. Beautiful view and quality furnishings. Everything was excellently curated. The host was very welcoming and available by text with any questions we might have. The listing's pictures were spot on. We did not want to leave!

Host was wonderful. We had a plumbing issue and even late on a Sunday he had a plumber come take care of it. The host gave us a personal tour when we arrived to know the ins and outs of the home. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed.

We love the quiet neighborhood but close walk to restaurants or a trail walk on Sand Point. Host has everything set up that you could need for a short or long stay.

We loved this place - spotless, with a great location, walking distance to a great coffee shop and park, and close to the U district. It's absolutely spotless and well-stocked, with beautiful backyard views. The owner was lovely and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing. Super clean in a very peaceful setting but close to restaurants and shops. Ron has thought of everything to make for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend and we will be back!
