Vous serez ravi en descendant du niveau de la rue dans un quartier familial calme à votre suite au rez-de-jardin ouvrant sur une ceinture de verdure boisée mature le long du sentier Burke-Gilman populaire. Vous ouvrirez votre entrée privée pour trouver un bel appartement spacieux, offrant deux chambres confortables. Vous devrez décider de vous enfoncer dans le canapé confortable pour profiter de la télévision grand écran par câble, de vous installer confortablement devant les baies vitrées pour boire dans la vue sereine des arbres, des oiseaux et du lac Washington au loin, ou de cuisiner un repas gastronomique dans la toute nouvelle cuisine bien équipée. Vos invités se détendront et discuteront au bar pendant que vous créez, puis vous pourrez partager votre générosité à la table à manger ou en plein air sur votre terrasse privée.

La première chambre a un lit king size, un immense placard et un bureau où vous pouvez vous connecter via Ethernet ou wifi et travailler ou surfer en toute tranquillité. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size invitant, un rangement pratique et une grande fenêtre donnant sur le jardin boisé. Cette chambre jouxte la salle de bain complète avec baignoire et douche, vanité séparée avec beaucoup de rangement.

Vous avez votre propre buanderie, avec chargeur frontal, laveuse et sécheuse haute efficacité. Votre suite sera toujours confortable, avec le nouveau chauffage au gaz naturel et la climatisation centrale. Vous et votre famille vous sentirez toujours en sécurité avec votre propre système de sécurité.

Votre suite d'hôtes est votre maison loin de chez vous, sentiment isolé mais à quelques minutes de toutes les commodités et activités que vous pourriez souhaiter. Vous trouverez un parking dans la rue facile dans le quartier peu fréquenté. Vous êtes à quelques pas des transports en commun, en prenant le bus du métro pour le quartier universitaire, Seattle Center, Northgate, Ballard ou le centre-ville en quelques minutes.

This was our second stay here. The space is comfortable and beautiful. Ron is a wonderful host. Our granddaughter was so excited that we were returning to this place so she could have s’mores again! I am sure we will return. The location is excellent. Walking distance to a grocery store and right on the Burke-Gilman trail.

Perfect Seattle stay for a small or couples. The area was nice, close to University, parks and pretty easy to get downtown. Beautiful outdoor deck overlooking woods with lots of birds. Place had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing.

Home from home

We love the location and have returned to this home from home many times to be near to our family. The grandkids take turns to come and stay with us and the fire pit with S’mores has become a tradition!

We travel to Seattle a couple times a year and this is always our first choice VRBO to rent. We love the location, the unit is always immaculate and stocked beyond everything we need! During this recent stay we enjoyed using the outdoor space to grill dinner and hang out around the gas firepit in the evening. Additionally, we had spent the previous week traveling in CA, so the full size washer and dryer was a great perk! Extremely reasonable price for the unit and everything that comes with it!

Fantastic Fourth!

The property was spotless. The owner was readily available and helpful with everything. While it was a little ways to the city center, we used rideshares and the light rail seamlessly. I would highly recommend this adorable two bedroom to all. Thank you Ron for a great stay!

Seattle was a short stop on our way to Vancouver for an Alaskan cruise. The VRBO was absolutely spotless, well stocked, and had a beautiful view. The host Ron was accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend.

As your host, Ron, I have decades of experience in hospitality, as the owner of one of Seattle's most beloved restaurants. I expanded into home renovation during 2010 as general contractor as my wife and I brought our 1967 home into the 21st century. We updated every inch of the home and are comfortable on the first floor of this three story home. We especially love the location, the feeling of being in the forest as we gaze out on the wooded garden and watch the birds.

We have lived in Northeast Seattle for years, but especially enjoy this home for its tranquil setting combined with easy access to everything we love. We can be in the Cascade or Olympic Mountains, on Puget Sound, or the San Juan Islands in no time. Our community is diverse, urban, literate and comfortable.

We adopted the Pacific Northwest as our home many years ago, have raised our children here, and are now ready to share our community with visitors. We trust you will leave Seattle as smitten as we are!
