33 W. Washington is a great place to stay in Ellicottville! The location is wonderful, the amenities are fantastic! We used the fire pit on the back deck, and it was easy to use and a nice way to end the night. The people at ERA were easy to work with. I highly recommend this house!

This was a perfect house for our two families to stay. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The location is ideal for the ski slopes as well as walking into town. We definitely want to come back!

The house was very clean, and spacious for what I needed it for. The WiFi instructions need some updating, and there was unbagged trash in the trashcan outside when I got there but other than that, the place is great, highly recommend.

Super easy checkin - very accommodating - affordable - clean - amazing location. It’s our 2nd year staying here and plan on repeating again and again for our weekly trip out to Holiday Valley.

New year getaway

Great value - we had 6- could sleep 9 adults comfortably but plenty of room for blow up beds. Close to town about two blocks from everything definitely would stay again.

Great Place to Stay

Nice property for a larger group. Lots of parking and great layout for entertaining. Very nice outdoor spaces including a front porch and cool side area with a fire pit. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property!

What a wonderful stay! Our group of 7 stayed four nights and had plenty of room. Kitchen layout is perfect for groups and the front porch was a great place to enjoy the weather. Quick walk to lots of restaurants in town and a short drive to the ski slopes. Would stay again!
