Nestled in a serene, family-friendly neighborhood, our exquisite La Jolla retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort for families seeking a memorable coastal getaway, including ocean views from multiple areas of the home!



With three bedrooms and two full baths in the main house, plus an additional bedroom and full bathroom in the pool house, there's plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. The fully loaded remodeled kitchen with white shaker cabinets provides the ideal setting for preparing delicious meals together, while the spacious living and dining areas, plus an outdoor deck, offer breathtaking ocean and bay views to create unforgettable family moments. This is especially true during the summer where you can watch amazing sunsets and also enjoy the SeaWorld fireworks each night!

This property does NOT have air conditioning. Thanks to the ocean views and breeze, it is typically not needed. However, we do have fans.

Guest Access:

Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.



The Neighborhood:

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. All neighbors homes are very close. Please adhere to our house rules and the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy. Any fines issued for disturbances will be passed to the guests.



Getting Around:

Walk to the beach, bay, shopping, restaurants, and more! Only a five minute drive to Mission Beach and SeaWorld. 15 minutes from downtown, Little Italy and the airport.



Other Things to Note:

* Included in the cleaning fee is a Damage Waiver/Reservation Fee of $120.00. Details of Damage Waiver will be emailed to you along with a mandatory host rental agreement to sign once the booking is confirmed.
