Cette maison rez-plan ouvert a tous les petits détails pour rendre votre séjour à San Diego inoubliable et est proche de toutes les attractions de San Diego. Lorsqu'ils ne sont pas en voir les curiosités profiter de la piscine, un spa, des cascades, toboggan aquatique, feux d'artifice (été et Nouvel An) et barbecue dans votre jardin oasis privée. Cette maison est parfaite pour un couple, grande famille, ou plusieurs familles. Il offre quelque chose pour tout le monde si vous voulez vous détendre ou explorer tout San Diego a à offrir.

CHAMBRES:
Grande chambre de maître ouvre en bas jusqu'à oasis privée dans la cour. Lounge sur le hamac, prendre un bain matinal dans la piscine ou le spa, ou tout simplement profiter du soleil sur l'une des nombreuses chaises longues autour de la piscine. Trois grandes chambres spacieuses à l'étage pour se reposer ou jouer. La quatrième chambre est à l'étage une grande mezzanine avec fenêtres du sol au plafond pour profiter des vues panoramiques sur l'océan / baie. Grand placard en bas avec beaucoup de serviettes supplémentaires, des jouets et des jeux pour les enfants et les adultes. Cette maison est parfaite pour ceux qui voyagent avec des enfants. Nous fournissons un air lit queen size et literie pour couchage supplémentaire.

ÉQUIPEMENTS:
Cette maison est le rêve d'un ENTERTAINER. Backyard vient à la vie la nuit avec 40 lumières éclairant doucement beaux traits de roche. Fontaines incrustés dans les roches créent des cascades en cascade à travers les caractéristiques de roche. Détendez-vous sur les chaises longues ou vous amuser sur le toboggan de 25 pieds qui entoure spa. Il est l'état de la technologie de pointe piscine / spa saline (pas de chlore) avec des lumières pinwheel multicolores numériques pour créer l'ambiance parfaite. Toutes les fonctions contrôlées par pression d'un bouton via la télécommande sans fil. Beaucoup de sièges à l'extérieur sur les chaises longues et des chaises. La cour a un grand barbecue à gaz pour l'après-midi ou en soirée grillades. Maison fonctionne très bien pour les familles multiples.

La maison est située au centre et accessible, mais est niché dans un quartier très exclusif, calme et privé. Toutes les attractions principales, y compris l'aéroport sont à 15 minutes. Regardez les feux d'artifice Sea World tous les soirs pendant l'été. New Years Eve est absolument incroyable avec de multiples feux d'artifice aller hors toute la ville. Grande maison de vacances!

Excellent Property!!

We had such a fantastic time at this property! It’s a perfect spot for families and kids, with so much to do and a house that has everything you need. The views are breathtaking, the beds are super comfy, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed hanging out in the backyard area while the kids had a blast swimming and jumping on the trampoline. We’d definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back again!

Fun house with lots of amenities!

The outdoor space is truly spectacular for kids and grownups a like. We could have been happy just hanging out in the heated pool, using the waterslide, trampoline and hot tub our entire trip. And gym in garage was a nice bonus. A wonderful multi-generational play to stay.

Awesome Family Christmas Getaway!

A HUGE thank you to the Smith family for hosting our San Diego Family Christmas vacation! The property was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute spending time together and playing in San Diego. Wonderful Vacation Home

This property is everything you want it to be and more. The whole rental process and communication with Quinn was a breeze. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, inviting and fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The backyard pool, slide and spa are like your own little piece of heaven, especially when all lit up at night. My kids really enjoyed playing basketball on the poolside court daily as well. My family had such a great time, I highly recommend this home for your next San Diego/Pacific Beach vacation!!

Family Vacation

I cannot recommend this property enough. It was the perfect house for our family of 9 and is exactly as shown in the online photos. Our 3 grand kid’s loved the pool, spa and water slide. The house is very centrally located - about 20 - 30 minutes to every place we wanted to visit. Everything was extremely clean and more than enough dishes, glasses, kitchen ware etc. We ate outside for every meal and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. We hope to return next year.

The proximity to the beach was ideal, yet we avoided the usual headaches of beachfront stays—no battling for parking or dealing with noisy late-night crowds.This place offered the perfect balance of luxury, convenience, and tranquility, making it a far better experience than our usual beachside rentals. We loved this location

Overall a great place. We will consider renting again. I wish a few things were described better prior to renting. It should be disclosed that the pool is very deep and has very little room for young kids with out swimming skills to play. It would also be helpful to note that the owners of the house have cats and despite the home being very clean and appropriate, the smell of cats is noticeable, especially in the garage.. Overall, we had a wonderful 6 days. The home allows for easy access to the various parks and beaches. .

My wife and I are glad that Cody and family enjoyed their stay with us. However, we would like to offer clarification on a couple of his comments that are somewhat misleading here. We don't have cats, we've never owned cats, and we've never allowed our guests to bring cats. Also, our pool has a deep end as mentioned for those that wish to use and enjoy the waterslide or to just dive in! We ALSO have a large "Baja" at the opposite end of the pool. A Baja is essentially a large, extended step or shelf within the pool. The Baja is great because it allows younger kids to swim and play in the shallow water (16" depth) while parents/adults lounge in the pool at the same time. The Baja is approximately 12' x 12'. In addition to the Baja we also provide a few small life vests if needed. We hope this extra information and context is helpful for planning your future trip!

Such a cool pool (but warm)!

Our group of 9 stayed here in mid-February for 10 days and had a great time. We had a bunch of kids with us ranging from ages 2-18. Of course the pool was a smash hit with everyone. The thing which impressed us most was the water temperature. When we travel, we're usually trying to escape the cold weather of our Northwest winters, and while doing so we've stayed in California at various VRBOs with heated pools and they were all pretty freezing -- plus, all of our pool stays so far had included extra charges to heat the water. There were no separate heating charges here, and the water was perfect, even though the pool is quite deep by the waterslide. We had a couple sunny days during our stay, but most of the trip was overcast or rainy, but in spite of that the kids still had a great time swimming. The house was also great and had plenty of room for us, and has been updated beautifully with modern furnishes and a fun, beachy theme. Hope to stay here again sometime.

Good location with a tremendous back yard.

We had a great stay, the house is nice but the back yard steals the show. It's a wonderful location and outdoor setting with hot tub, pool, and water slide. The only downside would be they automatically turn off the outdoor lights and power to the hot tub at 9:30 pm, and the water drains out of the hot tub on its own at that time. - party over! There is one great bedroom downstairs but the other bedrooms are more like kids rooms, so plan accordingly. Also, there isn't heat or air that we could find, so it was very cold in the house while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the back yard makes up for these small issues.

Thank you for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify, our house does have central heating and air so it is always comfortable year-round. All of our guests are free to use it whenever they want. We encourage all of our guests to call us directly anytime if they have questions about house amenities, pool, remotes, temperature, etc. Out of respect for our neighbors we ask that quiet time start at 10pm but you are welcome to stay our longer to enjoy the backyard so long as its not loud music, yelling, etc.

Do not book this home for you own safety.

We showed up at check in time and the cleaning service were still going on for the next 30 minutes. We waited for them to finish. We put down our belongings and went to use the pool. We had a few friends come over to use the pool while the sun was out before they were leaving to check into their hotel, there were less than 10 people in total, and it was never mention to us that a few people could not visit during the day outside of quiet hours. The home is also advertised as a 10 person house, and we had a total of 10 people in the home for an hour. If the host does not want 10 people in the home ever, he should not be advertising it as a 10 person house. Again, only 4 were planning on spending the night, like we told the host when we booked it and when he called us. We did not throw a party, we had a few people over that still was within what was allowed to be at the house according to the listing. The home also claimed to be pet friendly, so our friends brought their dog over. The dog was not staying at the house. We had 4 people total staying in the house, and no dog was spending the night. Less than an hour and a half after the cleaning people left and we entered the home, we were called and told to leave immediately, not given any warning. The host was rude, was not listening to reason, and lashed out. He told us there was a complaint about music, but we only had music playing inside of the house at a reasonable volume, wh

Sophia booked our house on 4th of July weekend for 2 nights. Her booking listed only 3 people. I reached out to her a couple days prior to arrival to re-confirm guest count she again stated that there would only be 3 staying with no visitors (we do allow 10 people staying or visiting). She arrived at the house with a large group of people all carrying suitcases, bags, and cases of alcohol. Soon after arrival the complaints from my neighbors started coming in. I was told that there was loud music blasting in the backyard, and lots of people drinking, yelling, and screaming. This was a house party quickly getting out of hand. San Diego City has strict rental laws against parties and we can potentially lose our rental license so we had no choice but to ask her and her group to leave. Also, one of the guests brought a dog. We do allow dogs on a case-by-case basis. We only ask that you let us know up front so we can collect the necessary damage deposit for potential accidents.

Backyard/pool AMAZING, but inside the house/amenities need work for the price

The house doesn’t have AC, and even on days where the temp was 70 the house got HOT given it has nice, big windows on the 1st floor. Our 1st night was miserable given the house was sweltering, the windows had to be open, and the renters next door had a raging pool party until 3am. Heads up that the house next door is also a rental with an awesome backyard/pool, and some renters might not be considerate. After not getting any sleep we emailed the owners, and the good news is they were responsive and brought a freestanding AC unit to make things more comfortable. They also called the owner next door about the noise. This house has an AWESOME backyard/pool/hot tub. The pool was clean and deep, and the hot tub and curved slide were a huge hit. The backyard also has a hammock, basketball hoop, long eating table, and a comfy shaded lounge area. It was well stocked with beach/pool towels and pool toys. The only complaint about the backyard was the gas grill was unusable since it had not been cleaned in a long time and was heavily smoking. It was a huge disappointment to rent a house for a week and not be able to grill. Inside the house the oven had the same issue as the grill; it hadn't been cleaned in some time and was smoking heavily from burnt on food. The electric cooktop's main/largest burner only half worked so we had to improvise. Because of the cooking issues we ended up eating out more than we would've liked, and it detracted from our stay. The house has a nice layout and incredible views. It comes with plenty of blankets, utensils, plates/cups/bowls, etc. They also have a lot of "extras" like many DVD's, books, kids equipment, storage, etc. However, the beds are not great. By day 3 everyone was complaining, and we all had aches and pains. We were surprised the mattresses were older and lacked box springs/support. We overlooked the house only had 2 bathrooms (master & 1 other) so that was really hard for 9 people (5 adults/4 kiddos), but that was my issue for overlooking. Pay close attention to the listed "sleeps" number. Loft area has an air mattress vs. a bed, and I think it should be marketed as sleeping less than the listing does today. The house has potential for sure; the owners just need to put the same upgrades into the house that they did to the pool/yard. They seemed very responsive after our 1st rough night so maybe this review will improve things. I would say 3.5 stars if halves were allowed.

We welcome suggestions and depend on input from our guests for improvement. That said, while this review contains some nice compliments and useful information about our house it also contains some misleading information as well. For starters, our house is located along the coastal zone in San Diego which means we enjoy a nice comfortable climate year round. The winters are mild, our summers cool, and the air seldom really dry, unless there are Santa Ana winds from the east. The average high temperature range: From 65 degrees during the winter to 77 degrees in the summer. Since our house sits on a hill there is almost always a nice, refreshing afternoon breeze throughout our many doors and windows. In the seven years we've been offering our home this is the first complaint we've received regarding temperature in the house so we went ahead and purchased 3 freestanding a/c units for our future guests to use, if they wish. Our mattresses are all new purchased within the last year. They sit on low profile platform beds with reinforced bases and thus, do not require box springs. They are all very comfortable. As far as layout and sleeping arrangements go, our house sleeps 10 people comfortably with beds. The queen size air mattress is offered for 2 extra people just in case. Both bathrooms are large, with dual vanities. My wife and I originally purchased this house not only because of the spectacular views but also because we love the quiet neighborhood. We lived in this house for many years prior to deciding to share with others so we know all of the neighbors and our neighbors know us. Almost all houses are owner occupied (many with the original owner, since these houses seldom go for sale) We don't have nor do we allow loud parties in the neighborhood nor do any of our neighbors as suggested here. When we do find something isn't working we immediately fix or replace it. We inspected the oven and cooktop after reading this review and there are no issues we could find. However, we had the oven cleaned again, just in case. We did find that there was an issue with the outdoor BBQ and for this we are very grateful that this guest pointed it out. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this issue until after their departure so we could not immediately fix/replace. We have since purchased a brand new stainless steel 7 burner KitchenAid BBQ for our guests to enjoy. Again, thank you for the feedback on this!

Beyond Expectations!!!

This is an absolutely beautiful property!! Well kept, and even decorated for the season!! The information as to how to use everything was excellent, and the kitchen was the best equipped that I have every had the luxury to use away from home. The pool and the hot tub were excellent!! The yard was a private resort, and very pet friendly!! Sunset was an activity every evening!! And the Firepit was excellent in the chilly evening? This was a very pleasant experience!! Wish we could have stayed longer!!! Quinn is an excellent host!! Thank You! Cheers!! -Drue

Vacation Oasis

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the property with something for everyone. The backyard has been designed with every detail considered and we enjoyed the pool, spa, slide, trampoline, basketball hoop, etc. We planned for a couple days to just hang out at the house and those were some of the best days of our vacation! As others mentioned, Quinn was very responsive with any questions we had. This is a great find!

My wife and I purchased this home because we love the location and the view. It is truly amazing and we never get tired of it. We have 2 kids ages 8 and 10. We love the fact that we are minutes away from the beautiful features that San Diego has to offer - the beach, Mission Bay, Sea World, downtown San Diego, Pacific Beach, shopping centers, and La Jolla Restaurants. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our home with visiting families to make their vacation memorable.

Our home is one of the few properties in La Jolla that has an incredible 180 degree southern view of the city of San Diego, bays, ocean, Coronado island all the way to Mexico. It is a very quiet peaceful location on Soledad Mountain. My wife and I love to take our kids to the beaches like La Jolla Shores, Wind n' Sea, and Pacific Beach or go for walks or bike rides on the Boardwalk in Mission Bay. There are many boat rental places nearby for water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, whale watching, etc. La Jolla is known for its scenic beauty, great beaches, restaurants, bars, entertainment, seal beach/preserve. You can enjoy spectacular views of nightly fireworks from our house all Summer long!
