âą There is a long-term renter that occupies the upstairs. Please respect their privacy and keep noise and disturbances to a minimum as mutual respect goes a long way.
âą The stairs that go up to the deck are for the upstairs tenant. Do not go up the stairs.
âą Checkout is 11AM unless otherwise agreed upon by the host.
âą Pets must be agreed upon by the host prior to bringing a pet onsite. There is a pet fee. One pet under 25lbs is allowed per host approval.
âą Pets are to be with the owner or always kept in a kennel. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended with free reign of the space.
âą Pets that bark constantly are not allowed as this will create a disturbance for the tenant.
âą Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
âą Parties or events are not allowed.
âą Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed to enter the property. Any visitor of the guest must be approved by the host. This is due to insurance liability.
âą Quite hours are from 10PM until 8AM. During this time, please reduce the volume of televisions/music etc. Violations will be dealt with swiftly as respect for the other tenant in the house must be observed.
