La propriété Treetops est calme et privée, uniquement séparée des autres chalets par la rivière des marais sinueuse. La maison est située sur un terrain spacieux offrant une grande propriété pour les clients. À seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage pittoresque.
La propriété dispose de trois chambres. Deux chambres ont des lits queen size. Une chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size dépliable dans le salon. Un salon séparé avec un soleil matinal incroyable. 2 salles de bain complètes;. Grande véranda avec moustiquaire pour les jeux de société en soirée ou le café du matin.
Goose Rocks Beach est la meilleure plage du Maine. Une belle plage de sable de 2 mile avec une faune abondante pour en profiter. À seulement 10 minutes des villages pittoresques de Cape Porpoise et Kennebunkport pour faire du shopping et manger.
Des chaises de plage sont fournies.
Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur.
Un gril à gaz est à côté de la véranda grillagée pour les barbecues du soir.

Great stay at an awesome location for a beach vacation, and the house had everything we needed. We especially loved all the gear needed for a lobster bake with the lobster farm just up to the street!

Great Location - secluded - near the beach

Wonderful cottage with lots of charm. We went to the beach everyday and enjoyed the short walk. Screened in porch was great for gathering aand spending time together.

Outstanding property!

Great for all ages! Short walk to the beach. Private, quiet with nice outdoor area. Plenty of rooms for all ages. The house is cozy…so comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. We love the screen porch for eating and playing board games. We love 💕 this house and will be back again!

Outstanding family reunion!

The home was outstanding for 4 adults and 2 children (3 and 6 y.o.). We were a short walk from a fantastic sandy beach which worked out perfectly for the children! The home sits on a large lot with great privacy and a wonderful screened porch.

Better than advertised

The VRBO listing doesn’t do justice to the spaciousness of the cottage. The style is a bit retro, but the space is very flexible. Huge kitchen and 2 living rooms plus screened porch. And the little writing nook is so sweet. Very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our time at Stephanie's house!

We had a great family vacation at Goose Rock's beach in Stephanie's house. The house is much bigger than it seems from the lisiting and had plenty of room for 3 generations and 7 people. The bedrooms are all along a hallway that can be closed off from the living/dining/kitchen area which is very convenient. We also loved the screened in porch and of course the proximity to the beach! We're hoping to come back again next summer

Excellent location to enjoy Goose Rocks Beach

We have stayed at this property with our five children for one week and they really loved it. Stephanie has been very helpful and responsive. The location of the house is great, just 5 minutes to the beach. Overall the house has been very clean. Only the space under the expandable couch had been forgotten during the cleaning and there were food crumbs all over. The generous beach equipment (chairs, parasol, toys, boards, etc) available for use has been a special treat much appreciated by the kids. The house is fully functional but could use a refurbishment. But then again that is reflected in the price so value for money is good considering the awesome location,

What a wonderful spot!

First of all, Stephanie was quick to respond with any questions prior to arrival and throughout our stay. Secondly, the house is darling! Lots of space to sprawl out allowing privacy if needed with a larger group. The house closed off in multiple spots which was helpful to minimizing noise for our 2 yo daughter while sleeping (but also to others so when she woke up, it didn't disturb the rest of the guests). The screened in porch was wonderful for all meals and cocktails in the cool evenings. My in-laws came for dinner one evening and it held >10 of us which was nice to be outside but still enjoying each other. Also, the house was well-stocked with dishes, large pots/pans, lobster pots/tools and serving dishes. A large dining table allowed for family gatherings without much issue. The breakfast bar was a bonus too for buffet style serving. Fridge is empty on arrival so will need the basics while grocery shopping prior to your arrival - FYI (Stephanie gave me the heads up so we were prepared). The beach is an easy walk even with a 2 yo! Lots of beach chairs, sand toys and games in the basement which was a huge bonus! Will hopefully make this destination a tradition each summer - would highly recommend this place.

Spacious getaway close to the beach

My husband, 1 year old and I had a fantastic stay at Treetops! We had lots of visitors and there was plenty of space inside and outside. Great space for a family and for young kids. The house was well-maintained and was incredibly well-stocked in the kitchen and w/ linens. Every bedroom had a fan, kept us cool during a 90 degree week! Did lots of grilling and cooking at the house. Beach is a 5 min walk and Goose Rocks Beach is truly a beautiful, pristine beach. Stephanie was quickly responsive w/ anything we needed! PACK THE BUG SPRAY, the mosquitoes were vicious and sometimes limited our time outside at the house but the screened in porch was GREAT.

Goose Rocks and So Does This Cottage!

Goose Rocks Beach is a 5-10 minute walk from this cottage, which sealed the deal for us in itself. It sits on a large, secluded property giving guests a nice combination of convenience and privacy. Sitting at the end of a shaded driveway this cottage presents a modest profile to the world but do not be deceived, it is huge inside - plenty of room for a family. In addition to substantial space, this property is thoroughly equipped with everything you might need - from lobster crackers to laundry detergent. The huge kitchen is noteworthy with plenty of seating for friends, family, etc - and lovely views into the woods. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch which is just off the kitchen and boasts a nice gas grill. All in all an outstanding place - wish I was back there right now.

Beautiful restfull and quiet vacancy

Great house, clean, near beach, very quiet. The owner is easy to reach and respond quickly to question and request. One night we wanted to use the BBQ and the propane tank was empty. As soon as I asked, the tank was on its way and within minutes we were cooking. We enjoyed a lot our stay at this property.

Property was just as advertised. Very private house close to the beach and has beach chairs in the basement. We had 6 adults stay for 5 nights and had plenty of room. House is very well stocked for most anything you will need. Very convenient to Kennebunkport, Kennebunk and Cape Porpoise retail/restaurant areas and close enough for easy drive to York, Ogunquit, Wells area as well. Owner is very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Everything we wanted and needed

We enjoyed this home very much! A lot of room in the kitchen allowed us to prepare a huge lobster dinner without getting in each others way. The beds were extremely comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing. We look forward to renting this property again.
