Very nice house and close to the track and to the strip at Speedway. This was everything we could have asked for. Lots of room and parking. I would not hesitate to rent again.
Myself and my crew traveled from Ohio to here for FDIC in Indianapolis. The house was very nice, clean and everything we needed. Our host kept in contact answered any questions i had very quickly! We will definitely try and get it again next year if available.
My friends and I came to stay for GenCon. This place was amazing. The hosts were incredible at communicating anything that may have been happening with the property and were very easy to get ahold of if we had any problems. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is a shining example of how ALL hosts should be. They took all the stress out of our stay. The property was clean, secure, and beautiful. Having visited IMS for several events and races over the years, Iâve watched the Town of Speedway do a fantastic job as hosts. Over the last several years, Speedway has dedicated itself to becoming an even greater town and destination spot. When the opportunity to purchase 2301 Winton Ave. presented itself, I was ready and willing to dive into my first short term rental property. The fact that you can walk to turn four in approximately 9 minutes (.4 miles) is just one of the many assets to this properties location.
Plenty of driveway and garage space, if needed. Driveway is long enough to park an RV, along with other vehicles. Inside has been totally remodeled and has a nice open living room and kitchen to gather with friends and family, complete with granite bartop that sits 8.
