To maintain a safe, peaceful environment:
• Booking Guest must be 25+
• Government-issued ID required within 24 hours
• Rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours
• Booking Guest must stay on property
• Credit card must match Booking Guest name
• $500 security hold required
