The house was everything we could’ve asked for! It was stocked extremely well and was very comfortable. Absolutely zero complaints and we would definitely stay there again. Location was great and the downstairs mud room was very convenient.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was clean and well taken care of, with plenty of space and bedrooms for our group of 12. The proximity to Breckenridge is a huge bonus as well. We did run into a problem with some necessities. Our group ran out of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. There were limited supply of each, especially for a property that boasts being able to accommodate this many people. Otherwise, we have no complaints and had an enjoyable stay.

This property had the space we needed and amenities we wanted. Loved the check out procedures (being able to leave food, and not unmake the beds). Location was excellent! Suggestions
replace the loveseat in front room, mirrors in the bedrooms. In the bunk room a small dresser would be nice.

The pictures truly do not do this house justice. It is easily one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail feels thoughtful and high-end — thermostats throughout the house, heated floors, a heated towel rack, a hot tub, and more than enough towels for everyone. The bathrooms are spacious and beautifully designed.The home has three floors and is laid out perfectly. The main (upper) level includes the primary suite, the bunk room, and a queen bedroom. There’s a large bathroom conveniently located across from the two bedrooms, right off the kitchen and living room. The seating options are incredible — from the kitchen counter to the dining table to the comfortable couches and chairs in the family room, there was space for everyone to gather and relax.The second floor features another primary-style bedroom with its own powder bath. Downstairs in the basement, there’s an additional queen bedroom and yet another gorgeous bathroom.Even the garage is spotless — such a bonus to be able to pull inside, especially when it’s snowing. The location is fantastic and close to everything. The TVs were excellent as well — we were even able to enjoy watching the Olympics.Overall, this was a wonderful stay. I love that they texted you with updates too! Thank you!

Great place for large groups!!

The house is well maintained, everything is clean and working. We were a group of 3 families with kids, we all had a blast. The house is 12 minutes from the gondola and 25 from Frisco. The driveway is a bit steep sometimes it's hard to climb with the ice, we used chains sometimes, other than that it's a great option!!

Annual Ski Vacay

Stayed with our family over the week of President's Day. It was a great location and wonderful house for the whole crew. We were blessed with lots of fresh powder; great for skiing but not great for driving. Make sure you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle in the winter months - the driveway is on the steeper side and you will need it to get up when there's snow on the ground. There is not any street parking - the sheriff was around ticketing cars that were in the way of the plows.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is nestled in a serene setting, just minutes away from main street. Good views from across the property. Imagine waking up each morning and stepping out into a beautiful forest, with trails waiting to be explored just across the street. The house itself is cozy and comfortable, with ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is well-equipped. Could add better mattress. We had 3 families and this house provided ample space for kids and adults. HotTub is a little smaller but did serve us well. The outdoor space is well maintained also. We liked the proximity to Breckenridge the most because it saves time to travel. The company provided us extra humidifiers on our request and were very communicative for our check-in and check-out process. Overall a great stay.
