Very spacious for our group & loved the gameroom area. Had a minor hiccup with a shower issue but host was very accommodating & made everything right. Great place to stay!!

Nice accommodations, kids loved everything about it, especially the video games, the outdoor playground area, the fire pit and the hot tub. Would stay here again.

Fun property that kids will love! The arcade room was a hit with everyone, and the lake is nearby with excellent boating rental options. My 7 year old grandson said it was the best vacation ever!

Everything was exactly as described. Host was super responsive with a need. They even provided firewood for outdoor pit. We will be back.

Awesome spot

Fantastic property with tons of amenities. Tucked away in a quiet spot and perfect for a family getaway. Kids loved the games. We had a great time and would stay again.

One of the games was not working, but i fixed it. The fire places would not consistently stay on. Hot water in game room was not working upon arrival but i also fix it.

Game Time Fun

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Game Time cabin. The house is lovely and well appointed. Supplies, like paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dishwashing soap, detergent are provided to last throughout your stay. I would bring sturdier, large trash bags since the ones provided are thin, if you decide to cook like we did. The game room was so fun but it is too noisy for someone to actually sleep in there. Also, the road to the property is red dirt so your vehicle will be covered in that dust. Property location is ideal and the house is situated with privacy maintained. There is another house located next door but the back of the house backs up to a wooded area and is shielded from that house. Also, the house is not on the main road and so that adds to the privacy. The bedrooms are just as pictured with 2 on each side of the house. I would definitely rebook the house in the future. Also, there are so many outdoor activities in Broken Bow making it a fun destination if you want to swim, boat, hike, fish, etc.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was great for the kids with the game room and hot tub. We enjoyed the 4 king beds and had plenty of space for our group. And concerns were quickly addressed and responded to by the host. We had a couple of bouts of ants in one of the bedrooms. Being in the woods, that could be overlooked. The washer and dryer are LG brand. I’ve never used this brand before, but it took several cycles to spin out the water and three cycles to dry one load of laundry. And, these were small to medium sized loads too. The electric cooktop burners seem to cook only on high. And, at the sake of sounding extremely nit picky, the light bulbs in bathroom light fixtures don’t match. You might have one or two that aesthetically matched the home decor, and some cheaper replacements installed in the same fixture. Honestly, for the amount of money we spent for our stay, it just kind of felt “cheap” and “tacky” compared to the rest of the house. Lastly, it’s mentioned in the driving directions to the house that an SUV is recommended to access to house. It’s the last house on the route. What’s not mentioned are the conditions of the road to get there. I was prepared for unpaved gravel or dirt roads. I wasn’t prepared for multiple pot holes deep enough bury bodies in or require a front end alignment on my car. I’m not sure if the county or the HOA or the home owners are responsible for road maintenance, but that alone would keep me from rebooking this house.
