This lovely home is freshly renovated with upscale furnishings and is fully stocked with everything you need for any length stay. Just a short drive to downtown puts you close to all DT Greenville has to offer including acclaimed restaurants, breweries, outdoor activities, and venues. The home is also within walking distance to 2 parks and a dog park. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, we can't wait to host you!

This family friendly property sleeps 9 with a king bed in the master bedroom, one room with a queen bed, and a bunk room that sleeps 5.

Helpful hosts!

Our original booking had a broken AC so we needed a last minute stay and these hosts accommodated us very last minute and we were very grateful! If we return next summer we will definitely try to stay here again.

Family stay for graduation

We needed extra space to accommodate family in town for a graduation, and this place was perfect. The location, size, and cleanliness was on point and everyone was very comfortable. We will definitely book again for the next event.

Enjoyed out stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at this locstion! The ease of access to downtown was perfect for the concert we went to! The beds were comfortable and the driveway with a rear entrance worked great when a thunderstorm rolled through! The tvs are smart tvs and the AC worked amazing! I would recommend anyone with a small to large geoup stay here!

Just what we needed for our overnight stay. It’s hard finding adequate spaces when needing to house adults and kids. Space was comfortable and felt like home.

Perfect landing spot for reunion

We had a big family reunion and this was perfect for my large family to come together after the day’s activities. The house was open and spacious. So many amenities. The kitchen is new and well equipped. Situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. Will stay here again!

Cute house, plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay. We were visiting family for Christmas but we had 8 people so we rented our own place. House was clean and decently stocked. I feel like other VRBOs I have stayed at have more "regular" items then this one did, but we made due as there was stores around. The only complaint I had was the walls are thin and while our bedroom in the back stayed warm, it was cold that week and we had a hard time keeping the house warm. There were cozy blankets available in the living room so that was nice. The Gym around the corner let my teens work out for free since they were from out of town (they did that for 3 days!). Harry Teeter grocery store is really nice, they even have a bar and made to order omelets!
