Located in a quiet area near beautiful Bell's Neck Conservation Area and Pleasant Lake, Periwinkle House provides an idyllic retreat in coastal Massachusetts! Sunny days spent with your favorite people can be enjoyed at the beach with both Grey Neck Beach and Pleasant Rd Beach being less than five minutes away. After a day spent in the sand, hunger is sure to arise! Luckily, downtown Harwich boasts a great mix of restaurants and bars. A bit further from Periwinkle House, you can visit Wequassett Golf Resort, downtown Chatham, and Provincetown.

Back at your home away from home, continue to enjoy the coastal breeze from the spacious yard, equipped with a cornhole set, firepit, and gas grill.

Inside, your comfort is completely catered to. Cozy up on the living room's plush seating while you stream your favorite TV show or movie on the Roku. Steps from here, the fully-equipped kitchen displays stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an in-kitchen dining table. Down the hall, the bedrooms are adorned with the perfect mix of nautical charm. Each is complete with high-quality linens and mini split AC units. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the pullout sofa. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home's creature comforts. The home's fireplace is not available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are security cameras near the front door, kitchen door, and garage door all facing the street. They record 24-7 and are armed for motion detection when no one is staying at the house. There are two additional cameras facing behind the house that are only enabled when the home is unoccupied.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
