Brand new 4 bedroom, 2 bath North Chatham home near town and beach. On the first floor, the home boasts a designer kitchen, luxury marble bath, and two bedrooms. Upstairs, you will find two very spacious bedrooms with skylights, and another full bathroom. Fully air conditioned. Washer and dryer. Located on a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac, our home is the perfect place for your Cape vacation. Chatham Pier, the Lighthouse Beach, Main Street, and the bike trail are within a mile.

Lovely four bedroom house

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Chatham. We really enjoyed the house and the location. We could walk to get coffee at the Chatham Perk, and it was a super short drive to Main Street and the Lighthouse Beach. Some people could probably walk to Main Street, but we had small children with us. The house had everything we needed and checking-in was super easy! I would definitely visit again!

The property was clean and well kept. The house was also neat and clean and had easential tools. There’s a lovely picnic table under the shade and it’s nearby the bike path. We had a good time.

Beautifully appointed home with lots of light, lovely new furnishings and comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. In a quiet neighborhood a short drive to downtown and beaches, with private backyard with outdoor table for morning coffee. Responsive communication with host. We stayed for a family wedding and really enjoyed our time at this house in between events! Highly recommend.

This house is so so cute and fit our group perfectly. The kitchen is updated and beautiful. We loved making coffee (from the amazing coffee maker) and relaxing in the spacious living room. Its proximity to CBI and other hot spots was stellar. Elliot was great and responsive if we needed him. Already planning our trip back!!

Lovely home near all Chatham has to offer!

Beautifully appointed home in quiet neighborhood within quick commute to all Chatham has to offer. We traveled with 7 adults and the house accommodated us all. The bedrooms are quite large upstairs and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The just was easy to deal with and communicated with us in a timely manner. A really great choice for anChatham stay!
