A gorgeous 1BR apartment in New York City's most desired West Village neighborhood. Home to Sarah Jessica Parker and many others. This apartment is a rare find and is FULLY MOVE IN READY.

Quintessential West Village apartment with exposed brick - This is a top floor sun drenched apartment with exposed brick wall giving the apartment the chic-homey affect. Spacious kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, instant pot and wooden cabinets.

The bedroom has some privacy with french door and sits in the back of the apartment. It is very quiet and has two sets of lighting from bright to reading light. Queen size bed, large pillows and quilt with goose down comforter.

The first sitting area sits a large love seat chic white couch. This also pulls out to a full bed and very comfortable. please let us know if you plan to use this.

The living room area has a very comfortable large L shape velvet blue couch. There is also a vintage desk that is sun drenched to work during the day at.

The apartment is situated arguably on the most sought after block in NYC's historic French, Italian and chic neighborhood steps away from Famous Bleecker street. Home to many designers offering exclusive one-offs. Literally steps away from the city's best Jazz, piano bars cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and clubs. In the heart of West Village, it is a walking distance to Soho, Greenwich Village, Tribeca, NoHo, Nolita, Little Italy, NYU, Chinatown and the East Village. Numerous delis and Trader Joe's.

The apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator. The location, the astonishing views and quietness of the apartment make for a perfect stay in the heart of downtown Manhattan. 2–5mins away from all major subway lines (1/A/B/C/D/E/F). Also, blk away from new city bike station where you can pick up a bike and ride through the city and drop it off again at any city bike station in NYC. Enjoy a true and authentic New York experience in the middle of it all yet in a quiet oasis once you come home from all your adventures. West Village is New York's safest neighborhood! The building is primarily young professionals and is very quiet. Please be mindful of this. Noise levels please keep to respectful 9:30pm - 9:30am
There is one closet for you to house your clothing which is in the bedroom. The other closet is for private use only.
The building and city of nyc is not completely in favor or rentals therefore please keep to yourself as you may risk ending the trip early at the home
