Évitez le monde encombré, bruyant, partagé de mur et d'équipements de rester dans un condo et de louer votre propre station.

Superbe 4 chambres 2 salles de bain maison avec vue sur Kohala, Mauna Kea et l'océan Pacifique. Cour privée avec aménagement paysager joliment entretenu et piscine privée. Chaque chambre a sa propre entrée à travers les portes françaises qui mènent à la Lanai supérieure ou inférieure. Cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils contemporains en acier inoxydable. 10 minutes à la plage et moins de 5 minutes au golf, supermarché et restaurants.
Détendez-vous sur l'un des deux Lanai et profitez d'un verre ou d'un barbecue en soirée avec vos amis et votre famille. Il y a aussi un grand hamac en plein air pour vous faire lever les pieds et profiter de vos vacances dans le confort de style hawaïen.
La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée a un lit king, des planchers de tuiles d'ardoise, une douche de tuiles d'ardoise surdimensionnée personnalisée, des portes françaises et un ventilateur de plafond. Le placard double a beaucoup de rayonnages et de stockage pour tous vos effets personnels.
Il y a 3 chambres à l'étage ... qui ont tous des lits queen, ventilateurs de plafond, placards suspendus et portes françaises menant à un autre grand Lanai.
La salle de jour a un futon transformable, plus de portes françaises, ventilateurs de plafond et une deuxième télévision à écran plat avec un lecteur DVD. C'est une super salle pour laisser les enfants regarder un film le soir pendant que les adultes s'amusent en bas. Nous fournissons également Igloo / glacières, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, et matériel de plongée et jouets de plage.
Vues dans toutes les directions en font une propriété très spéciale. S'il vous plaît ne pas oublier de consulter nos commentaires, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Great base of opportunity

The residence was the perfect size for our family. There were more than enough amenities (televisions, snorkel gear, towels etc...). We visited the entire Island and coming back to the residence was easy because of it's location.

Our family shared this rental with another family during a July trip to the Big Island. The space was very spacious, well kept and stocked with all the essentials + extras that made our stay here very carefree. We’d definitely recommend this home if staying on the Kohala coast is in your plans.

Retirement trip with family!

My husband and I just retired and decided to bring our kids to Hawaii to celebrate. This home was a great home base - plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and all the beach equipment provided. The kitchen had all the basics plus more! Great place - thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Overall the stay was fine and if it permitted I would rate it 3.5 stars. Didn't blow me away, but was well equipped. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Just a few things to note before renting.Air conditioning is not an included amenity. There is an additional charge. Our 14 day stay had an additional cost of 250.No day guests. We had two additional travelers staying in another rental. We thought having them joining us for family dinners or lunches would not have been a problem. This is not a property that permits this. Quiet hours are 8am-8pm, pool lights are cut off at this time too.Roaches- Tropical climates ALWAYS have pests, particularly roaches and centipedes. Though no fault of the host, as they do have professional pest services, there is an unusually high level of roaches in the kitchen. After the first day we picked up additional pest control items, Unfortunately it did not help. We had to keep everything bagged and diligently ensured all items were put away and washed and trash outside. Unfortunately we still found roaches crawling over dishes and cups throughout the cabinets. The positives that balanced these- The host was friendly and quick to respond/assist and communicate/accommodate. The home is VERY well equipped, including anything and everything needed for beach days. There is no need to buy anything, AT ALL.The hosts do have a mobile massage service and we did book two visits for our parents.

Wonderful vacation

My three sisters and I spent 8 nights at this wonderful property. The kitchen is well stocked and the house had everything we needed. The backyard is fabulous – very private and beautiful. We enjoyed the large patio and sitting around the pool. There was plenty of lawn furniture and tons of beach gear available to use. The neighborhood is nice and was very quiet. The upstairs did get a bit warm in the late afternoon but cooled off nicely after opening the windows and turning on the ceiling fans. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Just what the Doctor ordered!! Home was very close to all the nice beaches on the big island! Wonderful 4 bedroom home. Very nice master bedroom! Pool was to die for, very nice!. Perfect for multiple families with kids!

We really enjoyed our recent stay! We had two families traveling with kids. The back yard and pool were a huge bonus and kept everyone entertained during our "down" days. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Fab family reunion

Andrew's house is great for a relaxing family vacation. We had 4 adults and two teens, and really enjoyed the private backyard, grill and gorgeous swimming pool. A rental car is of course essential -- Waikoloa Village does feel a bit remote. But there is a very convenient grocery store close by, and the teens were huge fans of the shave ice at the resort down the hill. Enjoyed evening cocktails on the lanai and watched the sunset. Highly recommend this rental!

Amazing house, and location

Pictures do not do justice to the house and backyard! House has everything you need, and the privacy of the yard surprised us all. Family of 9, 3 generations in the house and plenty of room. The breezes front and back cooled the house, and we never used any air conditioning. House was immaculate when we entered, and the location was perfect. Pool was well used by all of us, especially the grandchildren. Would stay again.

Waikoloa is da best!

This house was AMAZING!!! If you are wondering if the pictures are to believed - BELIEVE! This house is the most beautiful home I've ever stayed in. I can't believe what a great deal this rental is. The beach equipment, the pool, the kitchen everything saved us money over renting a hotel. The location was perfect for all the best beaches and hikes. It was plenty of room for the ten of us. Thank you Andy for providing such an awesome home base for our trip. We hope someday to return.
