Great Location in a quaint neighborhood

This place was perfect for our weekend trip to Erie. The owner thought of everything and was so responsive with our questions. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Erie and want a more homey feel than a hotel.

My three year old and I had such a wonderful experience at this location. Julie was so thoughtful with every aspect of our stay and always checking in on us. I would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be returning.

Exceeded my expectations

Wonderful stay. The home was great. We slept comfortably, was greeted with a wonderful note, fresh donuts and snacks. Coffee bar was well stocked. The host exceeded my expectations with their friendliness and responsiveness. Would definitely rent here again.

A+++ Guest! What I would give to have all my guest as amazing as Chris. Very cordial, respectful of our place and followed rules. Left the place beyond tidy, you would have never thought someone spent the night. Welcome anytime hands down!

Everything was great The only thing that was disconcerting was that there was a car parked in the parking lot full all the way to the roof with twisted tea, empty bottles, and cartonsReally like being able to walk to The Dinor Restaurant

Not Disappointed

I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Girard. I felt totally comfortable and safe. Communication was great. I really appreciated the snacks provided after a long day of travel. Plenty of coffee and tea too!!

The apartment was spotless. Julie, our host, thought of every possible detail (including offering gluten-free snacks for me, as I have celiac disease). There was not one thing we were lacking! Also many "pluses" one would not normally see in a rental. We were half a block from the main street of town, so we enjoyed the small shops there. It was a short drive to Erie and to Presque Isle. A fantastic experience!

Our stay was excellent. We appreciated everything about this VRBO apartment experience. Everything we needed was provided. Kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of silverware, plates, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. We liked the code-in lock so we did not have to keep track of a key. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Comfy and Peaceful

Our family of four had a truly enjoyable stay at this apartment. It was exactly as described – very cute and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all of us without feeling cramped. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having courtesy coffee and tea available; it made our mornings much easier!The location was perfect for us. It felt very central to everything in Girard, making it easy to explore, yet it was also tucked away enough to be wonderfully quiet and peaceful.The host was incredibly kind and communicative throughout our stay, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again on a future visit!

Fishing Fanatics

To cut to the quick, this review is from 4 old (really old) guys that came up from Pittsburgh to fish, drink a few beers, and tell a few lies. We had a marvelous time and Julie (our hostess) could not have been more accommodating. GOOD JOB YOUNG LADY
