A spacious colonial home with three levels. A full kitchen, dining and living area and 1/2 bath on ground level. Recreation room on lower level with pool table and ping pong table. Upper level contains two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with shower and tub. A master suite with its own bathroom and shower. A washer/dryer is also located on the upper level hallway. Located close to Edinboro Lake, Conneaut Lake, and Lake Erie. Fun attractions like Waldameer Amusement Park, Presque Isle State Park, Overlake Golf Course, and much more.

Our family of 6 had a great time here. The home was clean and well stocked with essentials for our stay. There was a ton of room for our little kids to play -- they loved the backyard and the large porch. Mike was very communicative. Great value for a lovely home!

The host was quick to reply back to any questions I had. The house was very spacious and clean, my kids loved the finished basement because of the pool table and ping pong table, the wrap around porch is a nice feature and it also has a decent size yard. Only a 25 min drive to presque isle, also a ton of fishing lakes close to the house. Overall it’s a 10/10

This house was ideal for the 4 people that stayed here. I would suggest a much larger TV for the main living space on the main floor as the current TV is much too small for viewing and reading text. Also the beautiful wrap around outside porch could have been a lot cleaner and bug/spider free, Besides that, sitting early mornings with my coffee and watching the squirrels and birds was a treat. I was afraid to use the oven as it was way overdue for a proper cleaning. And the basement or game room downstairs had a very musty, moldy smell so the adults or elders were afraid to use it. I would rent this house again as where it is located is ideal to family and the activities we were in town for. Beds were very comfortable, very clean throughout the house, including bathrooms. And very spacious rooms that we all felt comfortble in. i am sorry to leave some negative remarks but I felt that I wanted to be truthful and if situations were reversed that I would like to have these remarks so that I was able to improve for my renters.

Amazing!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was so clean and we had fun with the pool table and ping pong table. We also loved the location being so close to Erie but far enough away to enjoy the quiet! Thank you again, we enjoyed our stay so much!

This was my 3rd stay at this property. Consistent with our past stays, the house was very clean and well maintained. Its quite roomy with plenty of space to spread out. The weather was not ideal for our fishing trip, but we managed through the cold and always came back to a warm comfortable house. Another great stay for us.

Perfect stay for a group family visit!

The house was perfect for 2 families with 3 small children. Lots of space to spread out, comfortable rooms/beds, convenient laundry, and plenty of bathrooms! The wrap around porch was the best!

Fishing trip

This is one if the nicest places we have stayed at. It is a clean, very nice home. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong that was downstairs. Great place. Will not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.
