**This house does not have central heating or air conditioning. There is a fireplace on the main level and space heaters are provided in each room.**
**We have a VERY strict no pet policy. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.**

**Guest is required to sign our rental contract prior to receiving access to the house.**
**Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $450 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $450 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $20/towel and $50/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.**
