Come for Austin, stay for the House! Great for larger groups looking for an Oasis all centrally located just 10 minutes from UT, Downtown, and the airport. An excellent spot for SXSW, ACL, and F1. Need to escape the heat? 2 pools are within walking distance.

Mueller is home to the largest Farmers Market, Mueller Lake Park, a converted hangar for live music, and assortment of bars & restaurants all within walking distance.

"We spent a wonderful Christmas stay at Adam’s property! The house is located in a fantastic neighborhood and (I know it sounds cliche but) truly felt like our “home away from home.” We especially loved the large, fully-equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our holiday meals, and the comfortable family room where we spent most of our time together watching football games and movies. The entire place is spacious, and has every amenity you could need. Adam was an excellent host, always attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back again. even invited us to come back again.We couldn't have picked a better place for our family holiday. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and wonderful space

Exactly what we were looking for - clean, spacious, and comfortable home in an awesome location. Quiet and safe neighborhood, but still so close to the action of Austin and some great local spots. Smooth check in/out and great communication. Could not have asked for a better experience.

What a find!

This is an awesome place to stay in Austin. Out of the way of downtown but close enough to everything. Clean and inviting with all the upgrades you could want. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Everything worked and was newish. . Highly recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway

I booked this vrbo for a my bachelorette celebrations over a long weekend, and it was perfect for our group of 5! The furnishings and appliances felt very new. There is 1 king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 bunk beds in each of the other rooms, making it really easy for each person to have their own space. We loved the open floor plan downstairs, the living room and kitchen are connected which made it a very hang-out friendly space. We ate at restaurants most of the time so we didn't use the kitchen much but it was fully furnished. There's not much street parking, but we were able to use the garage to park 2 of our cars. The location is great, there's a big grocery store (HEB) a 5 minute drive away, lots of nearby coffee shops and restaurants, and you're only 5 minutes from the I-35 highway to get to other spots in town. My only complaint is that we had a hiccup with checking in. The code programmed in to unlock the front door was incorrect, so I had to wait on the porch for 30 minutes til the lock was re-coded. All in all it wasn't a big deal once we got in and the lock worked again! Highly recommend this space for anyone wanting a comfortable and cozy experience in Austin!

Nice House In Great Neighborhood

Great house surrounded by park and trails if you like walking, running or bike riding. Also, as with everything in Austin, just 15 minutes from downtown and even closer to great restaurants.

Adorable Location!

Our family popped into this gem of a place for our daughter’s graduation. The home is adorable and so is the location. Lots of tree lined sidewalks and very walkable neighborhood. The main living space worked perfectly for our group. We were able to all eat together and play games at the large table and even enjoyed family time outside on the side patio.The owner was attentive when we needed a bit of help with the code into the property on our first night. This house has everything you need for a great getaway! If you are traveling with a guest that has mobility issues, please note that the bedrooms are upstairs. Thank you for making this special milestone so memorable.
