Nouvelle maison moderne à East Austin - Walk Downtown / Rainey St!

Notre nouvelle maison moderne se trouve dans un endroit calme très proche du centre-ville. Les petites attentions sont omniprésentes - des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable aux spacieuses douches carrelées en passant par le mur de flèche peint dans le salon.

Trois grandes chambres à coucher avec lits queen ont des matelas paradisiaques Tuft et Needle et une literie de luxe. Le maître a une immense promenade et les deux autres ont également un grand espace de rangement. Deux matelas rabattables peuvent être placés dans n'importe quelle pièce pour un couchage personnalisé.

La cuisine bien équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas. Ou, si vous préférez, vous pouvez simplement vous détendre à la table à manger avec une tasse de café à la noix de pécan Texas.

Des écrans plats montés dans le salon et le maître ont été intégrés à Roku pour que vous ne soyez jamais séparé de votre bien-aimé Netflix, HBO Go ou Amazon Prime.

Nous avons triés sur le volet (et même peint à la main!) chaque pièce de cet espace reflète le style local ainsi que des accents mondiaux inspirés de notre liste de souhaits pour les voyages / voyages préférés. Nous espérons que vous aimez la maison autant que nous!

Vous pourrez utiliser toute la maison et de nombreuses places de stationnement dans la rue sont disponibles en face de la maison. Un espace extérieur privé clôturé est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un verre en soirée.

Great location in Austin that’s an easy Uber ride to most of the spots. Comfy beds and pillows and perfect for our group of friends in town for a good weekend.

Place was great, host was great. Location was fine, but not walkable due to a busy highway 1 house away and road construction that did not allow easy crossing. It was close to everything we did and ubers were all very short, so it worked out well.

Great stay for F1

The property was a perfect location for our stay for F1. It is super convenient to downtown and a short drive to the airport and COTA. The house was clean with plenty of supplies for a great stay. Pallu was a great host and super communicative. I would definitely stay again.

Good house for friends weekend

This house was good for a group of 8 women. The location is great for how close it is to downtown, however, the street itself is not very nice and directly next to the freeway so I wouldn’t count on walking. We took Ubers everywhere. The house was clean and well-stocked with basic supplies. Our only issue with the house was that none of the electrical outlets in the upstairs bathrooms were working. This was a huge issue for 8 women getting ready.

Hi Courtney - I’m sorry you had an issue with outlets. Turns out the downstairs bath resets the ones upstairs and all was fixed if you should ever stay again. I’m glad you overall enjoyed the home.

Perfect location for a Conference

We had the ideal location, it meant we didn't have to stay in the hotel and never leave the conference we were attending. We managed to see a little bit of Austin and it was all in walking distance. The house was perfectly located from bars and resturants.

Perfect location

We rented a car for our trip but barely used it as we could walk to Rainey street, Lady Bird Lake, and East 6th. Super close to amenities. Easy access from freeway. Beautiful home, even nicer than the photos.

Pallu was great! Communication with her was always quick! She’s great at answering right away! The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore downtown Austin! Very quick Uber to 6th and Rainey street! Would highly recommend for a group! Layout of house is awesome!

Hey y'all! I am a born and raised Chicagoan who got one little taste of Austin, TX in 2005 and haven't looked back since. I've the spent the last few years at a tech startup and exploring central Texas with my husband and two tiny whirlwinds. Some of my best travel memories are of amazing hosts from a city apartment in Vienna to a wine country lodge in rural Australia, and that's what prompted me to become a host myself. I can't wait to welcome you to Austin and have you experience all the amazing tacos, trails, concerts, races, festivals and more that our great city offers!
