Our second time staying at this lovely home. Perfect location and each bedroom having its own bathroom is wonderful! It’s the perfect place for our family to reconnect each fall. We will be back! Highly recommend.

We took a group of 11 and had plenty of room. I like the fact that all rooms have bathrooms attached. Seems simple but that is an awesome amenity! We also used and enjoyed the free show tickets that came with the house rental. No complaints.

Annual Family Vacation

This was our first Rouse Family Annual Vacay and we had a blast! Stayed at its 5 o’clock somewhere cabin and was very pleased. They were very accommodating and made ya feel complete comfortable and welcome!! We will stay here again!

We have stayed in other places with our family of nine, and two toddlers. This was definitely our favorite so far. Every bedroom had their own bathroom and every room was clean. The view was spectacular and our little ones enjoyed the playground. The location was great for getting to food, shopping, and activities. We enjoyed sitting together on the balcony. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was a relaxing, beautiful spot to sit, visit, and drink coffee.

Great location and view of Table Rock Lake!

Our family greatly enjoyed the stay in this beautiful accommodation 6 adults and 3 children and everyone liked having their own bedroom and bathroom. Very clean except for the grill which had not been cleaned. Nice hot tub, outdoor pools and kitchen. Close to Silver Dollar City, marinas and Country 76 Boulevard. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect for getting around to all shows and things to do in Branson. Communication wasn’t the greatest. I communicated through the VRBO app to start and they reached out saying it was best to email or text. I texted and emailed before arriving asking questions and the response time was over a day, so be ready to wait. We requested that the propane bottles be filled for the grill and the table fire pit the day after we arrived and they never came to refill them. Overall it was a nice stay, communication could be better.

Perfect place for a fall family getaway

This rental is just as described! 5 couples in our group, each bedroom had their own bathroom with shower, made for a perfect place! Lovely view, fire pit, hot tub…and the quiet location was so handy. Only a few miles from both Silver Dollar City and the Branson strip! The cleanliness and the oh so quick responses from reservation managers made this a 5 star rating for us!

Quick Getaway

We were looking for a quick getaway from home (within 5 hours) with a group of 8 people. We selected this property based on the availability of bedrooms and were pleasantly surprised at how large and comfortable the house was. The view is great and the house was conveniently located to enjoy boy activities on the lake and downtown. We will definitely be telling all of our friends and family about how great the property was and would book it again in the future.

Great Stay!

We came here with our adult children and had a great stay! The place was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We didn't do a lot of cooking but fixed a few breakfasts. Please be advised to bring your own spices if you're cooking in. They also only provide travel-size bars of soap so if you are staying longer than a weekend I'd bring extra dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soaps for the bathrooms. The view of the lake is really pretty. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is for the price we paid nightly I wish they had nicer furniture on the back deck to make it more inviting to sit out there and enjoy the view. The patio furniture was missing cushions and the other cushions on the chairs were stained. We did enjoy our stay overall and would rent from Thousand Hills again.

Great place to stay!

House was VERY clean, great mattresses, plenty of basics, and great location! It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Check in process wasn't great but I think they were busy. Check in was at 4:00 but didn't receive any info on how to get into house. Phone was busy and no one answering messages but did get through around 5:30pm and were able to get code to get in. The welcome e-mail didn't come through until our check out day so had to call for internet code, etc. They let us have a 30min later checkout and appreciate that. GREAT communication before we arrived, so I think it was just a busy day for them when we were supposed to check in. Thanks for the great stay!

Great house but not great on amenities

House was great, super clean in good location. Disappointed when kids room and one bedroom had no remote controls, we called and maintenance couldn’t find a remote to work, said they’d come back but never got remotes. Hot tub was not working properly, ( they said it was locked?) called multiple times on it but wasn’t fixed properly so water dropped to 75 degrees. Very disappointed with this as adults wanted to use. This was during Nee Years so not sure if this was a reason we couldn’t get help. Not sure if I’d trust going here again.

Great Location

It was a nice stay, and the location is great! Beautiful views. The only thing I had an issue with was the cleanliness, and the check in process. The floor was very dirty my kids had to have socks or shoes on at all times otherwise our feet were very dirty. Also whenever we arrived we weren't able to check in until almost 5 when we were told 4, and the process of finding our door code was not exactly easy. Had to make some phone calls. Overall it was a nice place to stay though.
