The home is conveniently located near stunning views of Mount Rainer and dozens of scenic hiking trails and waterfalls. My favorite hiking trails include Mailbox Peak, Rattlesnake Ledge, Lake 22 Trail, and Twin Falls.

As a foodie --- I love delicious meals at top rated locations. The home is close to amazing restaurants such as; Trappers Sushi, Bourbon Street Bar Grill, Texas de Brazil, Elliot's Oyster House, Moctezumas Mexican, The Koi, Art House Cafe, Joeys, and the Metropolitan Grill.

Puyallup is 15 minutes from Tacoma
and a short drive to Point Defiance, the Tacoma Dome, and The Tacoma Comedy Club. Point Defiance also has a zoo, a beautiful park, and an aquarium. Point Ruston hosts amazing waterfront restaurants, sunset views, bike rentals, and dolphine tours!
Did I mention lots of seafood?

Puyallup is also 40 minutes from Seattle and Bellevue. Seattle has the Space Needle, the Seahawks Stadium, the famous Seattle Ferris Wheel, Pikes Market (where you can watch fish fly) and the world's first Starbucks. Bellevue is know for its waterfront restaurants, tech companies, and high end shopping.

If you're really feeling adventurous --- Portland Oregon and Leavenworth Washington are only two hours away. Leavenworth is literally a winter wonderland and looks like a real live snow globe. It is modeled after Bavarian towns which are famous for their Christmas markets.

Portland is another great day trip as it has great views, shopping, and the NBA team the Portland Trail Blazers.

Also! Let's not forget that Puyallup is home to the Washington State Fair!

The home is only 10 minutes away from the fairgrounds. Each year --- popular musicians such as Nelly, Maxwell, Babyface, SWV, The Beach Boys, Braid Paisley, Billy Idol, Keith Urban and more give live performances to visitors from all over the state. The fair food, rides, exciting games, and live entertainment -- make the Washington State Fair the best in the nation!

Also, if you're here for the Summer, the Wild Waves Theme park is located only 25 minutes away! Rollercoasters and the wave pool are a great way to spend the day! 🎢 🌊

Lasty, in this 2300 sq ft home tucked away in a corner of a cul-de-sac --- you'll have complete privacy. The home is conveniently hidden with plenty of parking space for your entire extended family. 8-10 vehicles can fit!

As one of the only homes with central AC, you can expect to be nice and cool all summer. We even have some portable AC units in the home if you want it even colder 🥶

The oversized kitchen island, the double oven, the Samsung Refrigerator that plays your favorite music, BBQ grill and more, ---makes this home the perfect place for large families.
